Does becoming an occultist (beginner or professional) destroys your life or not ?

I've heard many stoires and people who where saying their life were destroyed but getting big rewards and powers for it,and how so some din't lose anything and they live a peacefull life?

How is that some people get fucked over and some don't?

i've had many encounters too with entities, but never had a problem.

Can an Goetia user tell me their stories or explain to me why

Or just give me your opinion.and experiences as an occultists in your everyday life.

I'm just really curios.

It may seem that way, but most occultists are already heavily depressed before they start dabbling in it.

I tried contacting goetia demons two times to ask them for something, one was a minor success but nothing substantial, the other ruined my chances with a girl I was asking to get, however I didn't care about it that much. He might still be helping me for all I know, but not in a way I wanted. Both times I contacted entities described as peaceful, the second one even joked with me through tarot.

My experiences didn't really change anything, still feeling suicidal from time to time.

f you havent found such a person you need to expand your criteria for either one. I am a very outwardly optimistic person who is smart, fake and gay I know. Theres a difference to being optimistic and being gleefully ignorant however. Ignorant people say nuclear holocaust will never happen and say its pessimistic to suggest it will happen, but personally as an optimist I hope it will be the biggest and best nuclear holocaust to ever happen.

>Does becoming an occultist (beginner or professional) destroys your life or not ?

It can, if occultism becomes your whole life, which for some people, it certainly does. But it happens with other 'hobbies' too, like chess or videogames…

Although articles such as this would seem to suggest that there's something different about occultism, in that some things like to remain 'occult' (hidden) and don't like being studied…

I would say it does, based on my own experiences.

For the last couple of years I've been reading a lot of grimoires and shit like, and a lot of weird shit went down. Just small things, tho. Like a burst of anxiety for no specific reason, hearing weird noises when trying to sleep, waking up in the middle of the night for no reason and feeling like shit every now and then. I've also seen some shit prior to reading said grimoires and delving into the occult, but that's not the case.

Maybe I'm having some mental breakdown because of depression or Idk, but that's it.

My brother got shot at school after i started messing around with keys of Solomon. I never felt anything during the many rituals prior, and I never got any answers to my questions, but I knew it was directly related to my works because of the very niche lifestyle the shooter held that coincided with one of the demons major traits. I havent tried summoning again but i might.

Magic uses your subconscious as it uses you as a whole. An example are people that are scared of oujia boards who end up manifesting bad situations. Magic generally has an element of sacrifice to it, if there is no give, it can take. Magic can produce results that users are ready for. Then some people do stupid things like giving their soul to a demon. Poor character or evil intentions seem to backfire on people. This is mostly based on hearsay though, could just be occult community gossip.

Not really. You could have the craziest rituals and no one would ever know if you just stick to 2 daily rituals. You could be a britbong witch and then after a few hours be a normal britbong at a pub.

Don't. Seriously, don't. Do NOT resummon something that you even suspect killed someone. The fact you're even considering summoning it again after losing your brother is concerning.

>ok, but WHY? tell me WHY are the depressed

Spirituality is linked in our brain with serotonin

For example Schizo's see stuff because they overproduce serotonin (btw acid works the same way)

your body can't constantly overproduce serotonin so you also have your lows which can in some cases bleed into depression.

most manic depressed and obviously all Schizo's i have met so far are highly spiritual on one way or another.

Try studying the occult before doing any of the serious shit. Breaking the laws of nature and changing your timeline is life changing. You can't literally reset to normal like they can in Grim & Evil.( Unless you try to gain "immortality" by making your personal reality mundane and repeatable) Remember that higher laws override lower laws, As above so below. And as long as you are well versed in literature, the creation of thoughtforms and you proliferate that understanding, you will have your own skeleton key.

And a little secret…

It's the only thing you can keep when your dead!

I am Qliphoth anon, I recommend the works of V.K. Jehannum especially for initiation. E.A. Koetting's books are pretty good if you can look past the shameless sales tactics and general edginess. Asenath Mason's book The Tree of Qliphoth is rather good. Also I would look into the temple of the ascending flame.
