The error is in the audio, especifically the sound mixing. Notice that at 0:33 one of the tracks suddenly stops, like if one of the background ambient sounds disappeared. That audio mistake is very common with unexperienced editors.
Also, the "eyes" in the OP can be seen even before the 0:33 mark, at 0:27
