How would posting info onto the latest QResearch bread be helpful during an op?

Take for example the last op:

Mememaker (UO) asked for verbiage to put on Murphy memes on the MCT thread .

A scout responded with sauced facts on the MCT thread which was serving as the central comms hub during the op.

Also, scout provided latest tweets from governors on the MCT thread so that (TA) could rapid fire respond.

If they had been posted onto the latest general bread at the time, they may have been missed.

Just trying to get a clearer understanding on how everything will work operationally. TY.
