Subiektywna granica. Może jakiś przykład z religią.
Jeśli mówisz, że jedzenie mięsa w piątek to grzech - spoko.
Jeśli mówisz, że ja popełniam grzech jedząc mięsą w piątek - to jest mowa nienawiści, bo próbujesz mnie napiętnować stosując swoją skalę moralną. Ja nie jestem zobligowany do niczego, naruszyłeś moją niezbywalną godność ludzką - idziesz siedzieć lub płacisz mi kasę.
