Watching most online game content like reviewers you'll find the common trend of they get angry at games and are overall bad at them, but if someone walked up and put the same autistic effort into making 30+ minute reviews on 2-4 hour games but fill it with all of the tech, tips and tricks in the game to git gud at it no matter how mechanically demanding shown up and was actually positive and good at them would it lead to normalfags to actually try to get good at them seeing how happy someone is to be proficient?
Like if E Celebs are this thing that are just going to exist now, would it hurt for one to try and crawl from the woodwork and put out good game play with their thoughts on the game and give it with a smile.

The problems are that skill is not something people appreciate unless they can recognize it and care about it. Also getting very skilled at a game is a lot of effort which will limit the games the person can showoff and thus his reach. Unless your idea is for them to use other people's footage and just explain what's going on.
Speedrunners are probably the closest to what you're asking for and I don't really think they get much attention outside of their communities and hopefully it stays that way considering how most of them are mentally ill. Strategy games can have good videos like that, but some of the more popular titles go for the standard act like a moron and play poorly approach and end up getting more views.
Most people are watching those videos for the personality behind the game than for the game itself, if those some people started taking the game more seriously they'd lose the viewers due to concentrating more and less commentary which would be required. People aren't going to be attracted to content they aren't interested in, so instead of making it a detailed tutorial they'd have to play good and make if entertaining and funny still which for a lot of games may not even be possible.

Anon, the only reason why I dedicated my self to actually wanting to get good at my games is because I'm only going to play through them once, I have a backlog to clear out, and none of the newest games really interest me.

There's already youtubers that would encourage skill growth and so forth if you look up videos based on certain challenges like highest game difficulty, speedrun, combo videos, 1CC, no death, and so forth. But the type of people who do that might not have the kind of personality required for e-celeb'ing, or the general grind for e-celebing (shilling on social media, constant outreach, accrueing a viewerbase, and posting videos on a daily basis) is not worth their time.

Matthewmatosis is a pretty good reviewer and is skilled at Kamiya's games at least. He doesn't upload often enough to really get popular, though. Quality content takes time, and the youtube algorithm doesn't like you taking time.
