Then you don't want to host, you want to pay someone else to do the hosting for you.
If you have enough bitcoin to pay for hosting but are still a NEET that lives with your parents, you have bigger problems to solve instead of wasting time and money in hosting a game server.
In any case, you can pretty much just google hosting services that accept bitcoin. Pic related, it ain't that hard.

When I lived with my parents, I didn't touch the router precisely to avoid doing this. I did it to mine after moving out though. But a lot of people fucked up their routers doing shit like this, and NEET's got especially fucked.
Either that or some piracy shit. Or he forwarded all ports to his computer like a dumbass, not realizing he'd fuck up the internet for everyone else.
Or dad put a timer on the router, and he only gets net 5-6 hours a day (mine did, but it was mac-adress limited, so a VM took care of that).
And endless number of things might have happened, but everything points to "I'm underaged, pissed of my parents because I messed with their router without knowing jackshit".
OP, CompSci isn't as big a meme as people make it out to be. You'd atleast walk out with a degree, and the know how to not fuck with your boomer parents house. AND you'd be able to run a server from your house (like I do) instead of renting one like a dumbass.
