This is an older anime so the worry isn't really about pozz and there can be differences.

In this case from checking the opening scenes of both, the male VAs seem to be on par with each other in terms of quality.

The female ones… the Japanese one I would say has a slight advantage, but I don't really like either of them yet.

Moreover the dub seems to have a less awkward and more fitting translation than the sub so far.

While it isn't a good look, people don't have to show up in litigation cases if their legal representatives are there to present their case. After all, it is the legal defense team that presents the case, not the people they are defending.
