Yeah I normally stay up until about 5AM. Depending on what shift Im working. Thats my regular for night shift. And I can actually manage decently well doing that
For day shift, its about 2-3AM if Im lucky. Sometimes 4 if Im not.

I started with learning how to do bolognaise.
It's just onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato puree (which lasts ages btw) and ground beef
fry the onions a bit, add the beef and tomato puree, then bunch in the tomatoes and some water. simmer till tomatoes burst
then reduce down till thick.
Bam. Serve with spaghetti or fussilli.

When I'm a state of a more persistent elevated mood I go up to 3 days easily enough, but I start hallucinating. I don't like to drink or weed as much during those states and instead I try to find inspiration in it or whatever, I'll get a kick out of it at least. Generally find more fun in being awake and doing things. Not in those states, like lately, sleep is my favourite, and dreaming, it just takes a lot to put me down because anxiety and tension becomes a big problem. But if I don't go down it only takes about one, to one and a half days and I will be seeing spiders everywhere and there is no fun to be had in that. It's also a lot harder to function without sleep in the latter state. It's gotten a lot worse over time too. That is about the best sense I've managed to make of this shit. I need to start kicking my ass again and start walking more or farther, though it doesn't make me as tired as I'd like. Eating less sugar helped.
In any case, insomnia is a bitch.
