I used to tell everyone that I never get sick, but last week was my living hell punishment for that.
I very rarely get sick, and when I do it's usually only, like, a day.
I don't have issues sleeping; only with getting to sleep to begin with, which is probably just an ultra mild insomnia, because that's what it is by definition, being triggered by my ADHD.
But, again, if anything moves through my physical space I go from 0 to 100 instantly, and when you factor in how hard it usually is for me to fall asleep, it becomes heck some nights when people decide not to be asleep.
