According to American and British authors it's because we Dutchies don't worry about our kids and give them a lot of freedom. They tweaked the mechanics to make raising mons and shit easier
IV breeding sucks cock because you have to get a value between 0-31, 31 being the highest. They made it easier to get 31 in each IV with hyper training, although you still have to raise to lvl.100 before doing it
The real reason it sucks though, is HIDDEN FUCKING POWER. You have to get a certain set of IV's to get a certain type and power of hidden power. Most pokemon run it too, which is fucking annoying. Worst part is how you cant ever know for certain what number your IV's are. The guy just gives you an obscure message. Thankfully enough people figured out what each one means

Im mainly a battler and so in doing this I get to go straight in to battles. If nothing else, I go to showdown anyway which is a battle sim. I just like playing on the 3DS sometimes because of the graphics/animations and the portability.

Hoopa is a really fucking strong pokemon. Provided you use the genie bottle thingy to change it to the unbound form.
They dont release OP move per se, just that they give the moves to the mon as a special event. Any move they release via event can be learned/used in some way ingame. Just that certain mons get it via event. For example, draco meteor can only be learned by dragons. But there was a gamestop Jirachi event in which it was given Draco Meteor
Not so sure, but afaik all you had to do was participate.
This Hoopa is the base stats btw. Those differ from the stats they actually turn in to. But just know that 100 is considered to be good (depending on the stat, but Im not gonna go in to the logistics here)
