I used to be an extremely paranoid person. Up until recently, I could almost never even walk out of the house. Once I started taking better care of myself it gradually went away, but due to a transient medical condition I'm forced to face it again for a short while. I ended up losing most of the few friends I had because of it. I actually never had any friends to begin with

It hasn't been a huge problem for me, It's just that It's been so helpful I can actually be a regular person even for a short period of time before tolerance builds up. It's been almost a week since I stopped and things are about 50% back to normal which is good.
