Okay; well part one I think to start would be his inner circle. Prepare for some high quality furfaggotry at its finest.
So, from what I understand Jeff has an inner circle made up of three other friends by the names of Enigma, Blaze, and Gargalesis (His apparent boyfriend). Enigma is some autistic cunt who's the entitled brat that throws a fit when theyre not being worshiped type, Gargalesis is some drunkard from Arizona who would only contact people outside of Jeff himself when he was drunk at like 3 AM. And Blaze….I don't know much about him aside from him being some kinda super pro gamer and a proud "A-Sexual who faps to stomp porn lol". Now from what I could gather, our boy Jeffrey has a history of starting friendships outside of his little group with people, then getting depressed and lashing out at them, or promising them pics and having them pay for commissions that'll never happen. Now I know what you're thinking, he's a thief who blocks'em, right? No believe it or not. Jeff will bombard your messages with depressing suicidal messages, threaten to commit suicide, whine about how you're the issue and go on about his little circle (Enigma in particular) and how he hates them before finally refunding you your money the full amount. He's done this and similar shit like it to at least 4 others, one poor bastard had it happen 5 times before he lost his shit and cut the little bastard off. However, if you're lucky enough to be in his little circle, he'll do whatever you wish wrapped around your finger. Apparently between whining about his friends and controlling parents (he's in his early 20s last I checked), he has a LOT of time on his hands for free requests, especially if your name is Enigma. In fact, one guy in particular I interviewed had a commission done of a certain character that Jeff refused to make porn of (he told Enigma what he was doing beforehand so Enigma would baww and Jeff would get out of doing it), and actually started on the pic before duking it out with the guy - and here's where it gets interesting - for some reason Enigma wanted Jeff to finish the pic - which he did for Enigma.
Now on top of being a sociopath, he appears to have a very odd relationship with his family, several sources have told me that he usually moves between the south and the midwestern parts of the United States frequently. Apparently he has a grandmother who needs his help to do the simplest of things and his family has no problem shelling out potentially thousands every week or two for him to go back and forth. Upon hearing some recorded Discord calls, I've heard him sing with his mother as she comes in unexpectedly and talk about feet with her. Apparently he's moved out since, but I'm not sure what to believe.
Then there's this (pic related), so he frequently has "Emergency Commissions" that he does, because of his random upload dates and random content I couldnt tell you if he holds up the commissions or not, but what I can tell you is that on June 30th of last year he e begged for commissions once again, thanking everyone ~a week later when people shell out for tickle porn as they do on the internet. Now he's made a post in December going on about how hard life is and making excuses, the usual shit he pulls, meanwhile during those months I've seen loads upon loads upon LOADS of art from him for his inner circle. He does offer a refund to those who "commission" him, and from what I've seen to his credit he does pay them all back in full. However due to his random upload statuses and spamming his "friends" with everything from suspect CP to anthro Hitler porn (swear), I'm not sure what exactly happened to the commissioners in question, though based on prior knowledge of his behavior, its probably not too hard to guess.
