What site do you use to plan a vacation?

I usually watch YouTube videos about the place before any trip.

From my experience, Trip Advisor was the most useful for me. I once got hooked on the reviews at https://hopper.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and started planning my vacation with them. However, I faced with awful hopper customer service. They took my money off my card but didn't book my flight and I was never refunded. So since then, I don't use such rummy sources.
