No, Enrive won't ban you because that's the whole point of Enrive. Once you make an account, the site ceases to store your IP, and banning becomes impossible. People can still moderate you, though: They can report your posts for illegalities, they can mark your posts for being off-topic, and if your spam something very repeatedly, your account may be deducted post count. ...but you'll never be banned, and a new account is easy to make.

I've been modding Enrive just fine without any trouble. Sometimes I have to sleep, but when I wake up, removing any CP/commercial spam takes about two minutes.
