Mr. Dots is known for always using multiple dots as a pause in everything he writes. He says he is addicted to downloading anime, and talks about anime, and cp subjects 90% of the time.

Mr Dots is a chinese 36 year old that was born in toronto, canada.

He was born in Feb 9 1990, he is 5'7, 141 lbs, atheist, and went to Eastwood Collegiate Institute for his high school years.

Though not irrelevant, it is insufficient a reason to not persecute him, him being mentally ill. Being mentally ill is relative anyway.
