Other sheep think wolves are broken, tormented, and traumatized. They believe those factors led them to commit wolf acts. That those factors made the wolves break the rules. Why do other sheep care about the rules anyway? They claim rulebreaking when necessary is justified. All wolves think that. There's no line to draw when it is justified. That means they endorse all rulebreaking besides the ones they disagree with. With that logic in mind, other sheep cannot say that a wolves rulebreaking was caused by trauma, only when the other sheep say it's unjustified. They say this because when wolves are eventually captured, they sabotaged themselves. They ignore that there are more traumatized sheep than wolves. That wolves can perform their best in any environment but sheep require socially forced opportunies.

Sheep calculate risk in different ways. Sheep are so paralyzed by anxiety from the 1% chance of getting captured, breaking an enforced, active, and stigmatized rule is out of the question. The moment they hear the wolf act is regularly enforced and carries jail time. Their chances of taking the alternative path plummet. When it comes to risks with low penalties and positive anecdotes, sheep take the risk. Wolves don't actually sabotage themselves. They take great risks that promise great results. It only seems they "sabotage themselves" when they are captured and "face the consequences of their actions." Meaning, when they make it obvious enough for trusted wolves to notice what they're doing after a sheep or wolf reports it, or if the trusted wolf witnesses the act themselves. Other sheep don't think much about why they can't become wolves. They only think that trusted wolves ruin wolves' lives over acts that seem "minor" to them.

What they call "minor" includes the most common wolf acts. These wolf acts happen often but aren't caught much. These wolf acts are only common out of wolf acts, not out of general behavior. From that perspective, they are rare. Trusted wolves work on the easiest cases, and ignore the hard ones. When a wolf is caught for stealing from a store. They face the 1% risk, only they could disregard. The other sheep benefit from treating that 1% risk like 100%. They ignore that the wolf only made one preventable mistake, which was getting caught. They treat the mistake like the wolf act itself.

Other sheep say, "It's situational. They don't react that way in all situations. They can be fixed." The sheep says, "I know they steal from some stores not all. That doesn't erase their general capability to break social rules that no one else can break. They are an anomaly and cause measurable harm." Other sheep say, "It's just a mistake. Everyone is a wolf at something." The sheep says, "That's not true. Every wolf act can't be committed by everyone at least once, like everyone having their own wolf act, where they were the minority that committed it. It's impossible." The other sheep ask, "When is someone certainly a wolf?" The sheep says, "When they get caught. Getting caught is rarer than the act itself." The other sheep ask, "Do they sabotage themselves by getting caught?" The sheep says, "No, usually they take good risks."

Wolves usually commit hundreds of wolf acts before getting caught. They are punished as if they have only committed one. According to the wolf system, the only wolf acts that have truly been committed were ones proven by the wolf rules. If the rules were written by those wolves, they make the ultimate decision in regard to who actually committed a wolf act. The other sheep ask, "In that case, what is the purpose of your classification system?" The sheep says, "It's is to make up for the wolves that have not been caught."

Many sheep think that wolves are simply selfish and impulsive. That is not the case. Wolves do not disregard the consequences, they disregard the certainty of getting caught. If they are certain they won't get caught and they want to do it, they will do it. They care about the consequences, and they know they won't face them. Caught wolves are the minority of wolves. Consequences are captivity. It's safe to say, wolves don't sabotage themselves by taking the risk to commit a wolf act. They do it by attracting attention to the wolf act. If trusted wolves increased the certainty of getting caught, wolves would hide. Wolves don't make it obvious and know what they are doing. Getting a necessary surgery carries a 1% risk of it going wrong but because surgeries are socially normalized, the risk is disregarded. This proves that the real cause of why wolf acts are rare is the social risk, not the rule itself.
