By natural causes, a sheep is always a sheep and a wolf is always a wolf. If a sheep is injured in a way they commit a wolf act, they rank up to a wolf. This has to be physical not psychological. Psychological damage uses what already exists and temporarily stops the production of certain cells or other methods for survival. It makes a wolf that's already a wolf worse. Physical damage destroys what already exists.
When a sheep trades the currency given by a wolf backed by the wolves for an item they desire. It's a glitch where the item is mistaken as a mandatory survival resource by their brain. That explains why they felt they needed it. It felt urgent, they looked at the physical-social consequences and feelings of anxiety that exaggerated the risk. That directly made them avoid conflict and pay for it. "It's not worth it."
When a wolf takes an item without paying. They render the worth of that item as worth no currency. The same glitch happens where they perceive that item as mandatory for their survival. Except, they have the ability to actually take it while disregarding social consequences, including disgust at the act and potential conflict.
If a doctor puts a tumor in a sheep. That sheep can potentially turn into a wolf. If a sheep gets TBI from a car crash, they could become a wolf.
Society treats wolves as "broken" when they break social rules, but treat them as heroes when they break social rules for sheep's gain. Where does that "broken" go? That proves their theory is flawed. The truth is that all wolves are evil regardless of their cause. A wolf takes someone's resources out of "desperation" while a sheep dies of starvation. That's the rarest case, usually a sheep's cooperation works in favor and the wolf dies of recklessness.
The other sheep say, "They need to be saved because they live shorter lives." The sheep says, "That's their problem and for safety, we need the trusted wolves to intervene."
The other sheep say, "Wolves getting the best programs to fix them is a non-issue. Stop distracting us." To think that other sheep can dismiss real discussed problems as "irrelevant." There's no such thing as an irrelevant problem and all complaints should be addressed or only one opinion can exist. You cannot argue with perfection. Once the wolves establish perfect governance. There is no need for alternative wolves. It becomes a religion with only one interpretation. The sheep says, "They can't be fixed. You have not lived a life as a sheep who couldn't be a wolf when it was necessary. You do not realize the privilege of operating outside of the bounds of society. Do you think no one has been able to disregard society when they wanted to? Wolves have. We are chained by everyone."
The other sheep say, "We want to help them." The sheep says, "Do what you find pleasure in but remember it affects everyone's safety. Why do you get to decide whose emotions matter and whose don't?" The other sheep ask, "Why don't you become a wolf if it's possible?" The sheep says, "I will never become a wolf with complete certainty. Despite the possibility, I know it won't happen." Sheep see things with little hope while wolves know they control the next chapter of the story.
Unless in cases of physical injury, wolves can act like sheep but sheep can't act like wolves. The capability is profoundly unfair and hinders equality. Minor differences between sheep can still lead to the same action being done with enough effort because they operate within the bounds of society. The effort to commit a wolf act is so out of league, it's impossible. Only a wolf is able to commit a wolf act.
