sometimes it is worth pointing out the obvious......I live in Toronto, Canada, and I can assure you cp is illegal to download there......like I said before, the privacy apps.....like Tor, Whonix and Telegram are all scams......the illegal downloads/uploads can be tracked down very easily, regardless of which app you use......like I said before, real cp content can be accessed on the clear web/surface web (in many places) with a regular web browser, without the need of using Tor....
