Imagine believing in a universal higher power that is "good," but puts people in situations that can only be deemed as a living hell. And when asked why this "higher power" allowed these people to live in these conditions, they respond with, "oh that's because an evil entity is doing it, not the good one. This is the basic thought experiment that most atheists, and I don't even mean this as an insult, don't have a high enough IQ to perform objectively. I've noticed it has gotten to "what if you hadn't eaten breakfast" territory.
If there were this God of the Bible and the claims made therein were factual, you disagreeing with the morality would merely mean you were an imperfect arbiter of morality, not that you were able to develope a superior morality. You cannot make the argument that actions you find immoral prove God is not good, you must prove either that God isn't real, or that He is not what is claimed using some more objective measure than feeling like He isn't what you would call good.

Also, morality is subjective not objective. There isn't a "perfect" morailty viewpoint. What general society views as "perfect" morality are the moral standards that create a functioning society. And even in that case it is still a subjective view point because only the observer can see it as that not the universe as a whole.
You're entire "thought experiment" is a steaming pile of shit. Because it relies on the fact morality is objective and not subjective. And for it to work, you would have to prove morality is objective. It is also asking someone that lacks belief in a god to prove their belief. Do you see the problem with that last sentence? Or do I have to explain it to you?
