What do you use it for? I don't use it. You can find plenty of NSFW content without using the dark web. I don't understand why anyone would use Tor TBH.......there is plenty of illegal NSFW/cp/csam content on the surface web. Using Tor is extremely unsafe.

You can access onion sites on tor browser which are websites that hide were they're being hosted on a server and can prevent others from taking it down. Whether this is used for good or bad reasons is up to the site owners.
tor is not just used by individuals with immoral reasons. It's invaluable to people who need it for good reasons, which is why tor is legal in the first place.

Probably true, but it would have to be worth while for them to do so. It's like if someone went and vandalized a house vs. someone committing a murder. If the vandalized house isn't financially worth law enforcement's time then the vandal will most likely get away with it. But if some decided to commit murder, law enforcement is will put much more resources and effort into catching the person responsible. This concept functions similarly with tor. If someone uses it for wrong doing but it isn't worth the time or effort of law enforcement then they'll most likely go free.
