Most routers also don’t switch IP’s very often, from my experience. I usually wait several months or a year then clear my history and cookies and try reusing it. I mean do I really need to waste all my time on there anyways? A break isn’t so bad

i only browse chan sites on incognitus mode because I don't want it in my history so no cookies. And all you would need to do is search for 4chan in your cookies list for whatever browser and delete just that site even then. You don't have to clear all your cookies for every site lol, just go into the list and search "chan" or whatever and just delete the ones associated with whichever chan site.
Hardly an obstacle.
