These children (usually) don't consent to being photographed by strangers in public places. Yet, these pedophiles are taking photographs of kids without their consent. Does taking photos of random kids sound really sketchy/weird/suspicious? That's what predators do......they are obsessed with children......pedophiles apparently are addicted to children......
