Property subject to taxation is "real property".
"Real property" is the bundle of LEGAL "rights", "privileges", and "interests" that the law recognizes.
"Real property" is NOT bare land WITHOUT any attached legally recognized "rights" or "interests".
Bare dirt with no legally recognized rights, estates, interests, or privileges is NOT “real property”.
"Ownership" is always through an interest: the estate or legal claim you hold; it is NOT of the land itself.
The bundle of legally recognized interests, rights, and privileges in "real property" MUST BE legally recognized, documentable, and capable of being conveyed or asserted under law in order to be "owned", "transferred", "taxed", "purchased", or "enforced".
Without those qualities, Land alone does not rise to the level of a legally enforceable component of real property.
Land cannot BE "owned", "transferred", "purchased", or "taxed" WITHOUT that overlay of documentable and legally recognized "estates", "interests", "rights", "easements", or "privileges".
"Property" subject to taxation is "real property": that bundle of legally recognized interests, rights, and privileges that are documentable and conveyable.
The basis of taxation is the "market value" of the "real property" in "money".
The "market value" measures the value of the INTEREST of the "real property" (i.e. all the legally recognized rights, estates, easements, privileges, etc against the property).
An assessed tax is a lien assessed on the interest of real property.
Without interest, there is no "market value" and Land is not "real property"; Land with no interest is not subject to taxation: there is no "real property" for the state to assess a lien upon.
ACTUAL presence on land CANNOT BE sold or conveyed by a document.
ACTUAL sustenance procured from Land CANNOT BE sold or conveyed by a document.
ACTUAL defense of Land CANNOT BE sold or conveyed by a document.
ACTUAL survival is not an "interest" in "real property", and CANNOT BE sold or conveyed by a document.
ACTUAL DOMINION CANNOT BE "taxed".
Man's Rights to breathe or to walk across land CANNOT BE sold or conveyed by documents. That's the illusion. You "own" the IDEA of "rights" and "privileges" and "interests" and "estate", and the IDEA is enforced by real physical coercion.
But it is impossible to "own" the land.
The "state" is an illusion of contrived and conferred "interests", "rights", "estates", "privileges", etc enforced by threats and penalties. The "state" is exertion of jurisdiction over territory, but the "state" is NOT the territory or the land itself.
"Public" "schools" don't teach contract law even though our ENTIRE society is built on contracts. All "contracts" create legal obligations. Not all agreements ARE contracts.
Harmony will be restored when the world abandons the illusions of "ownership" and restores Dominion through REAL connection to the Land and community WITHOUT intermediary regulatory, enforcement, and taxation mechanisms.
