I don't think it does. Just because someone likes watching hentai doesn't make someone a pedo/child predator. A pedo/child predator is someone who wants sex with real minors. Someone watching hentai isn't automatically a pedo since anime girls are not obviously not real. Most people watching hentai are probably not pedophiles. Someone must have serious mental issues to enjoy the real pornographic images.......it is one thing to enjoy lewd anime images, it is a whole (much worse) issue to enjoy the real images. No sane person would look at something that is clearly illegal/immoral.
