Yeah, we all know what that kind of content is. Of course, it is illegal to download/upload cp. Even downloading adult porn from mainstream porn sites (like xvideos) is dangerous and potentially illegal (since there is potentially underaged content/cp on adult porn sites). If someone downloads/uploads any sort of irl porn (even if it is adult porn), they risk getting a search warrant from the police.
Downloading/uploading anime/hentai content (even if it is loli and shota content) is not illegal, and you won't get a visit from the FBI for that. But downloading/uploading real life porn is extremely unsafe; it could result in a search warrant from law enforcement. Search warrant as in the police seize your electronic devices, to look for evidence of illegal files on your devices, in a digital forsenics labatory.
And downloading real cp i.e. pornographic images of real minors under the age of 18 is very, very unsafe (for obvious reasons).....even more unsafe than downloading adult porn. And anyone, who mass uploads real cp, is putting themselves in even greater danger and legal trouble, even if they are re-posting old images that someone else created, many years ago.
Surely the above information should be obvious to anyone with common sense?? Just wanted to post this as a reminder.
