Kind of a messy document, but this talks a lot about the American funeral industry and how gay it is. Making families pass through maze like casket rooms to force them to see the fancy, expensive caskets. Something about pictures showing water and insecys getting to caskets to market water tight ones, etc etc.
Obviously it depends on the home, not all are so business focused, but point still stands. Also, this is American centric
