The following purports to be a "harassment prevention meeting, open to public" for "Icon Festival", which seems to be an Israeli fan convention

Harassment Prevention at the Icon Festival: Open to the Public
Monday, September 29·1:00 – 2:30PM
notes
Harassment Prevention at the Icon Festival: Open to the Public
In this training, the first of its kind, we will tell you:
* What is harassment anyway, and what less obvious situations can be considered harassment?
* About the Harassment Prevention Team: What is it anyway, and what do we do to keep the conference space safe, respectful, and pleasant for everyone.
* When and how can and should we contact the team, and what do we do with referrals? (And also: Who are we, what are we, and how are we recognized in the space? Hint: purple)
* As a visitor – what can and should you do if you have encountered or suspect that you have encountered harassment, and what should you not do.
* Additional team activities: Handling offensive content, community values, collaborations with other teams. (And also: why are "free hugs" signs prohibited, why what is allowed on the beach is allowed at the conference, and does the harassment prevention team really have a "No harassment here!" spotlight?)
* And of course there will be time for questions, requests, and concerns.
We would love to see you!
The training will be given by Liat Shahar Kashtan and Rotem Baruchin from the harassment prevention team.
