i feel your pain. i have friends (one real, the others virtual), but i intimately understand loneliness. i strive to accept everyone for who they are cause i was excluded so much. i give everyone a chance, regardless of what they have done (unless said action harmed myself or those i care about. even then i give some people additional chances). i fell in love with a murderer once, for instance.
as far as being friends go, idk. i would be happy to talk to you in this thread a bit i suppose. its no offense, but im extremely paranoid to the point i think i have a psychotic condition. i relapsed on stimulants and have been binging them. been awake for like 30 hours and counting, im drinking in an attempt to sleep. i just ran out of money so i cant get more stims, but i bet im going to if i gain the chance.

I used to have friends actually, but for some reason I get extremly tired after any kind of social interaction. I left them all, ignored them, thought that there was no point in having people close to me if I would still feel as lonely, and here I am asking for friends haha.
It got to a point where I'd get annoyed if someone in real life approached me or even were in the same space as me.
Although, as you see, I'm trying to change that.
By the way, I'm really sorry about what you've told me. I'm happy to know you can understand this feeling of loliness. Are you getting proper mental health care? Do you go to therapy? I would recommend you going to a mental health center and make a psychosis (or the disorder you think you might have) evaluation.

social anxiety or similar, im like this. you are drained by the negative feelings and avoid such situations. to remedy this, ive become a very good liar and CONSTANTLY analyze everything and everyone around me. i anticipate what people think, what to respond with, what they will respond with to that response, its actually unreal how well it works. granted, i am only disingenuous in this regard to people i dont want to bother with.

i went to my GP and a tech passed my notes on to a psychiatrist. he came in and claimed my worst problem is lack of focus. mind you, i had things like delusions, psychotic breaks, and potential hallucinations listed.
as far as worrying about me i appreciate it, but ive given up on myself honestly. ive hit a major point of apathy cause everything i try doesnt work in the long run. at this point i just try to help others avoid the same feelings
