Christ charged His Disciples: Teach ALL Nations to Observe ALL THINGS WHATSOEVER I have Commanded.

It is Written: he that saith, I know Him, and Keepeth NOT His Commandments, IS A LIAR, and the Truth is NOT in him.

One of Christ's Commandments is: TAKE NO THOUGHT for your body, what ye shall put on.

Billy violated that Commandment every time he made public appearances.

Billy lived his life according to man's precepts, not Christ's Doctrine.

Scripture itself LITERALLY defined Billy as a liar because Billy claimed to know Christ but did not KEEP His Commandments.

And it is Written: ALL LIARS shall have their Part in the Lake which Burneth with Fire.
