As I see it anything that tries to play by the law will eventually get shoah'd. I've heard of using torrent tech for websites, so as long as there are people seeding the website it's impossible to take it down. If we get enough people onboard it could be promising, though I don't really understand the ins and outs. Either way anything reassembling what 8chan used to be isn't going to be legal at all soon.
