The "restaurant surveillance footage" shows that a roving cam car was staged across the street from George Floyd's car. The footage is then selectively edited to remove 13 minutes whereupon the roving cam car is then staged right behind what is said to be George Floyd's car. After filming of that scene is complete, the roving cam car goes back across the street, making a u-turn and then parking where it was previously parked. As this is happening, the "Park Police" car then arrives (within 10 seconds) whereupon the officer gets out and puts on his gloves. Another officer gives him a notepad, presumably with Floyd's name etc. from questioning which he takes back to his car and gets back in. The "Park Police" car is then staged across the street where it obstructs street view and the footage then abruptly "jerks" as clearly evident of selective editing which the skewed picture and resolution then reflects.
The "body cam" footage then shows the "Park Police" officer getting in his car, with his gloves ON and begins turning to move the car to stage across the street … whereupon this footage also then "jerks" and skips ahead to when the car is then parked across the street, and, when parking the car, the officer's hand(s) is/are clearly evident and the officer is NOT wearing gloves - they are OFF (only 2 seconds diff in this obviously edited video, longer in the other obviously edited video). The officer then gets out and puts ON his gloves.
