Among the jew baiting here are false claims about Anne Frank. Specifically, one the anon post referenced the "ball point pen: accusation wherein it was claimed the diary was written with a pen that did not exist at the time. This has been 100% debunked.
Over the years a number of people have tried to spread the claim that the diary of Anne Frank is a forgery. Until his death, Otto Frank carried out legal actions against these "deniers". In 1979 – he was then 90 years old – he commented on this: "At the moment there are four court cases in West Germany, two in Hamburg and two in Frankfurt, concerning accusations that the diary is a forgery. I fought against this in 1961 and won, but the same accusations are still being expressed, and I have to fight against them over and over again." After his death in 1980 this task is taken over by the Anne Frank House and the Anne Frank Fonds.
A life of its own
In short: the "ballpoint myth" is easy to disprove. The careless wording of the BKA report from 1980 – a report that for the rest in no way challenges the authenticity of the diary – or at any rate its openness to several interpretations, has taken on a life of its own in extreme right-wing circles. The "ballpoint myth" is based on the simple fact that, around 1960, two annotation sheets with ballpoint writing were inserted between the original pages. These texts were written by a graphological researcher, and are not included in any edition of the diary (apart from the Critical Edition, where photos of the annotation sheets are reproduced). In July 2006, the BKA found it necessary to state in a press release that the 1980 investigation cannot be used to call the authenticity of the diary into doubt.

in supporting legislation contrary to the overall wishes of our President, the over-riding necessity of National Security is understandable notwithstanding the implications.
Clearly a unified political resistance works to undermine the President's objectives in Making America Great Again in deference to preserving the dysfunctional
political establishment operating in the false premise of a two party political system. President Trump has consistently turned apparent defeat into working
political capital, and with the upcoming mid-term elections that should be of primary concern in supporting candidates whose objectives align with the President's.
While many have expressed dissatisfaction at the rate of progress and the apparent indecision of the application of the rule of law, the magnitude of an operation
to uproot the long seeded corruption in the Washington, DC no doubt requires as much tact as it does resources to enforce with minimal social disruption.
There is reason to believe that such action is at long last reasonably imminent. Those who have trusted you, Q-Team, have never been left high & dry.
In showing up today before the bitterness of having to endure scoff and ridicule only emboldens many of us to persevere and serves to highlight the separation of the wheat from the chaff.

1) There have been some crazy theories going around so let's look at what is actual law.
2) Congress has a two-step program for spending money. Technically, the President doesn't spend anything.
3) First, there is the "Authorization" process. The House, then the Senate . . .
3) contd: . . . AUTHORIZE every department and agency to spend up to a certain amount of money. Think of this as giving your kid permission to spend the money in his piggy bank.
4) The APPROPRIATIONS process then actually allocates how much of that authorized $ can be spent.
5) So, you "authorize" your kid to spend $10 . . . but there is nothing in the piggy bank to spend. Then you put in $5 that you have "appropriated." He still can only spend $5, because that's all that has been appropriated.
6) Departments turn in their budgets yearly.
6) contd. Typically, Congress does what's called "baseline budgeting," wherein they assume a department starts with LAST year's budget #s, and Congress works up from there. (another reason for constant deficits).
7) "Zero-based" budgeting would require a dept be reviewed . . .
7) contd. . . . annually with new hearings. Actually, as much as we hate "baseline," it would be almost impossible to run any government of any size on "zero." But a five-year zeroing out would be reasonable.
8) So, DoD gets its budget:
8) contd. You have $xm for tanks, $ym for planes, $zm for pay.
DoD CANNOT willy-nilly just "move" money from tanks to planes. That hasn't been AUTHORIZED.
9) You say to your kid, "Sure, spend $5 on a movie ticket." But you didn't authorize spending $5 on candy.
10) Sometimes, authorization/appropriation is conditional upon meeting conditions set by Congress. Don't meet the conditions? Don't get the money.
11) This COULD be the basis for, if Congress had a spine the basis to deny virtually ALL federal funding to "sanctuary cities."
12) It has been the basis on which the feds get involved in ALL education: don't accept our rules on transgenders? No $$.
13) Anyway, the point is, Trump CANNOT simply "take" money from DoD and apply it to the Wall. The Army Corps of Engineers is funded, and they have
13) contd. already submitted their list of projects/payroll for which money is authorized. If ANY of that is spent any other way, Congress simply would not APPROPRIATE any further of the AUTHORIZED money til Army CoE straightened up.
14) Further, Richard Nixon thought he had a way to contain spending on what he thought was extravagant stuff in 1973. He "impounded" the AUTHORIZED and APPROPRIATED money, but wouldn't spend it.

15) Nixon cited Truman, Ike, JFK, and Johnson, all of whom impounded funds. However, in each case they did so on the basis of "economy and efficiency." Nixon impounded money on grounds that in the future it would raise taxes.

16) Further, it was subsequently concluded by courts that the illegal acts by Truman, Ike, JFK, and LBJ were not precedent for another illegal act.
17) In other words, just cuz Zero "got away with it" once or twice doesn't make it legal precedent.
18) Nor would it make it likely Trump, with a semi-hostile congress, could get away with it.
19) There is no Constitutional wiggle room for Trump to arbitrarily build the wall.

Congressional budgeting used to run according to "regular order," in which each Department (Agriculture, Defense, Labor, etc) proposed a budget for the next year. Those went to the various committees overseeing each department (one for each Department in the House and the Senate). Each committee then negotiated their version of each budget. Then the respective House and Senate committees would get together and negotiate ("reconcile") a single budget for that Department. Once reconciled, the budgets would be formally approved first by the House (which has the power of the purse), then by the Senate. After House and Senate approval, each Department's budget would go to the President for signature. Together, these 12 Departmental budgets comprised the total Federal budget.
Regular order was tossed aside under Obama. He allowed the last budget passed by the Bush administration to run out. When the deadline for appropriations came due, there was no normal budget. Instead, under the guise of a "continuing resolution" (which was originally a stopgap procedure), Congress just tossed in whatever they wanted, with no discipline or debate as to whether such-and-such a program was warranted. That's how Obama drove spending to new levels.
We desperately need to get back to regular order. Under that process, for example, Trump could get Defense funded, even if other parts of the government couldn't negotiate something in time. Breaking things apart allows better scrutiny.
