I got to thinking about the "3 am" phone call line from Kamala Harris last night.

Then I remembered Hillary really pushed that line as well….She even ran an ad back in 2008…"It’s 3 a.m., and your children are safe and asleep…"

So then I started wondering if there was a significance behind "3 am"….

Three is the number that’s associated with the Holy Trinity while six is the number associated with Satan. Manifestations and incidents meant to agitate and frighten frequently occur during 3–4am as a way to mock the Trinity. It is not called the witching hour, it is called Dead Time.

There are no Catholic prayers or church services at this time. In most places on the Earth, this time corresponds to night, before astronomical dawn when the sun is still below the horizon but its rays are above it lightening the sky. Dark spirits are just that and don’t thrive in natural sunlight. It’s human nature to be afraid of the dark and demonic spirits feed off of this fear.

Another theory is that 3 am was chosen as the witching hour because it is the opposite of 3 pm. 3 pm is supposedly when Jesus died on the cross. So, some think of 3 am as being the time equivalent of turning a cross upside down.

I started searching and it's a common theme for the Dems. In 2008, Obama sent out a call/text at 3 AM to announce that Joe Biden was going to be his VP. Strange??

Impossible to Track Real Threats

Once transgender inmates are housed and classified by gender identity as opposed to biological sex, crimes they commit in prison are cataloged with the stats of the opposite sex. This will make it impossible to track how many male-to-female transgender inmates abuse their male-bodied privilege and assault, harass, or attack female prisoners. In practical terms, this would both skew the violent crime stats and make it that much harder for women inmates to differentiate their male attackers from the rest of the prison population.

Even so, there have been reports of male to female transgender inmates attacking women in women’s prison. Since living as a transgender person does not require an inmate to undergo body modification surgery (often euphemistically called gender-affirming surgery), men who are prone to commit violent and penetrative sex crimes against women will still have the necessary tools to do it.

Women are rightfully uneasy about being incarcerated with men, especially since so many women suffer violence at men’s hands.

Are we supposed to believe that male offenders are super peaceful and kind and have no interest in harming women, despite the prevalence of violent crimes committed by men against women?

“We recognize the right of nations to control their borders in a just and proportionate manner. However, broad enforcement actions instigate panic in our communities and will not serve as an effective deterrent to irregular migration,” said Bishop Jose Vásquez of Austin and chair of the USCCB Committee on Migration. “Instead, we should focus on the root causes in Central America that have compelled so many to leave their homes in search of safety and reform our immigration system with a view toward justice and the common good. Radioactive contamination triggers evacuation at shuttered nuclear site in Scotland

Workers tasked with cleaning the decommissioned Dounreay nuclear facility in northern Scotland were evacuated from the site after “human error” resulted in low-level radioactive contamination, it has been revealed.

After an employee detected the contamination, a further investigation was quickly launched revealing several other “hot-spots” around the facility. Workers were immediately forced to vacate the area and work temporarily suspended, reported the Aberdeen-based Press and Journal.

Site managing director Martin Moore told a stakeholder group on Wednesday that the contamination had been “insignificant,” and was a result of a “lack of due diligence in monitoring around one of the barriers.”

It was human error. It shouldn’t have happened and we’re very disappointed that it did.

The incident actually took place on June 7, but it was only revealed to the public on Wednesday. Some people expressed anger that there was no public statement made on the day it occurred, although the Office for Nuclear Regulation was reportedly informed.

Officials from Dounreay Site Restoration Ltd (DSRL), the company tasked with decommissioning the plant, said that the measure had been precautionary and that the public was never in any danger.

There was no risk to members of the public, no increased risk to the workforce and no release to the environment.

DSRL has been working to decommission the site, which was shut down in 1994. Although they are also tasked with ensuring the area is decontaminated and clean of nuclear waste, they have already been censured for a safety violation at the same site in 2014, when a fire caused by employees released radioactivity into the atmosphere.

There are two sets of laws in the United States today. One is inscribed in law books and applies to the majority of Americans. The other is a canon of privileges enjoyed by an establishment under the umbrella of an intelligence bureaucracy that has arrogated to itself the rights and protections of what was once a free press. Recently WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was indicted on 17 counts of violating the espionage act for obtaining military and diplomatic secrets from U.S. Army intelligence officer Chelsea Manning and publishing them in 2010. First Amendment lawyers and free speech activists worry that the indictments are likely to have a “chilling” effect on the practice of journalism. Others, however, argue that the First Amendment doesn’t apply to the WikiLeaks founder.

“Julian Assange is no journalist,” Assistant Attorney General for National Security John Demers said in a press briefing last week. The Department of Justice’s position found support, of all places, in the media. “Julian Assange himself is not a journalist,” said CNN national security and legal analyst Asha Rangappa. “He was not engaged in bona fide newsgathering or publication and put national security at risk intentionally,” Rangappa told NPR.

Who’s Asha Rangappa, you ask, and how did she become an expert on journalism? According to a profile in Elle magazine, she worked three years in the FBI (Robert Mueller was director) as a counterintelligence official in the New York field office before returning to her alma mater, Yale Law School, as its admissions director. In that post she became famous for destroying admissions records to prevent students from legally accessing them. With the advent of the Russiagate hoax, Rangappa has become one of the best-known faces of a new, hybrid industry in which former national security bureaucrats are rebranded as “journalists.”

Justice Department allocates $10M for 'law enforcement emergency' in Alaska

Attorney General William P. Barr on Friday declared a law enforcement emergency in rural Alaska, as the state grapples with an alarmingly high crime rate and a shortage of police.

The move opens up more than $10 million in federal funds to bolster police efforts. Mr. Barr made the announcement roughly one month after touring Alaska. During the trip, Mr. Barr toured remote towns plagued with violence and drug crimes, but lacked law enforcement to deal with the problem.

“With this emergency declaration, I am directing resources where they are needed most and needed immediately, to support the local law enforcement response in Alaska Native communities, whose people are dealing with extremely high rates of violence,” Mr. Barr said in a statement.

Alaska has the highest per capita crime rate in the country, according to the Justice Department. In some of the remote tribal areas cases of domestic violence are 10 times the national average and sexual assaults are 12 times the national average.

“In many of these rural communities or villages, there isn’t a road. There is nothing,” Katie Sullivan, who heads the Justice Department’s Office of Justice Programs, told reporters. “Because of the geography, your state trooper may be up to two days away from being able to get in.

“If you are in a village or tribe and you have the courage to come forward [and report a crime] who do you report it to if there is no village police officer or tribal office and how do we preserve the evidence to successfully prosecute that case when your state trooper is far away,” she continued.

The move makes $6 million in emergency funding immediately available to strengthen law enforcement in Native Alaskan villages. That money will go towards hiring, buying equipment and training local law enforcement organizations, including tribal police officers and village public safety officers.

An additional $45 million has been allocated to fund 20 new law enforcement positions in the Native Alaska communities,

The Justice Department has also made another $162,000 available to U.S. Attorney Bryan Schroder to create a Safe Neighborhoods site in Alaska. Safe neighborhoods is a Justice Department program to combat violent crime.

Additional steps taken by the Justice Department include the creation of a working group aimed at reducing the high rate of domestic violence in Alaska. The group will focus on domestic violence and crimes against children in rural communities, the department said. Mr. Schroder will lead the working group.

Former Vice President Joe Biden gave perhaps the most disastrous performance by a frontrunner in the history of presidential primary debates on Thursday night. Throughout the evening, Biden sounded aloof and evasive. There was not a single moment when his words or behavior suggested the ease and confidence of someone in control of his political destiny. But I hope for Biden's sake she's fibbing. It would be a gross dereliction of duty for anyone close to the former vice president not to be panicking after his first debate performance.

Groups claim Clinton campaign broke campaign laws over Fusion GPS and Steele funding

Two watchdog groups filed complaints with the Federal Election Commission alleging the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee broke campaign laws by filing reports meant to conceal their hiring of the opposition research firm Fusion GPS and British ex-spy Christopher Steele. And one has now filed a lawsuit in federal court.

The Campaign Legal Center, a nonpartisan nonprofit, filed its complaint with the FEC in 2017, alleging that Clinton and the DNC “failed to accurately disclose the purpose and recipient of payments for the dossier of research alleging connections between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia, effectively hiding these payments from public scrutiny, contrary to the requirements of federal law.” The Coolidge Reagan Foundation, a conservative nonprofit, filed its complaint with the FEC a year later against Clinton, the DNC, Steele, and the Perkins Coie law firm, which represented Clinton and the DNC in 2016 and was paid $12 million in 2016-2017. Perkins Coie hired Fusion GPS, which then hired Steele.

The foundation alleged the Clinton campaign “conspired” with foreign nationals by hiring Steele, who says he gathered information from sources close to the Kremlin. The FBI used Steele's unverified dossier in Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act applications to surveil Trump campaign associate Carter Page. The foundation filed its lawsuit in D.C. District Court in May, hoping a judge will force the FEC to rule on its complaint.

Dan Backer, one of the group's founders and a "pro-Trump guy" who runs two pro-Trump political action committees, told the Washington Examiner that the goal of their lawsuit was to get the FEC to act, and, if not, to give the group the ability to investigate. The foundation accuses the Clinton campaign of paying Perkins Coie for legal services to hide its opposition research efforts from the public. “They should’ve reported a payment to Fusion GPS. They could’ve called it opposition research. They could’ve just called it research. But it definitely wasn’t just ‘legal services,’” Backer told the Washington Examiner.

Following remarks from Trump earlier in June that he'd be open to accepting foreign information, FEC Chairwoman Ellen Weintraub released a viral statement on Twitter, saying, “Anyone who solicits or accepts foreign assistance risks being on the wrong end of a federal investigation.” Brendan Fischer, an FEC expert for the center, told the Washington Examiner that the “payments by the DNC and Clinton campaign for opposition research were legal, but hiding those payments was not.” Fischer also said although it was doubtful that Steele's hiring broke the law, “whether Steele’s subsequent engagement with Russian sources might run afoul of the law would really depend on the facts.” The foundation, however, alleged that while Democratic officials have accused the Trump administration of collusion, “it was the Clinton-backed Democratic machine that conspired with foreigners in violation of both federal campaign finance law and basic decency to manipulate the election.”

Backer contended Steele attempted to influence the election by spreading his dossier to members of the media and the government. An FEC spokesman told the Washington Examiner the organization could not comment because FEC actions must be kept confidential until the case is resolved. When asked whether the association with Steele or with Russian sources might constitute foreign interference, an FEC spokesman pointed the Washington Examiner to the the FEC website's section on foreign nationals. Fischer, who said that center is still waiting for the FEC to make a ruling, said that while most campaign finance violations only involve a fine, “if the violation is committed knowingly and willfully there could be criminal penalties.”

Perkins Coie, Elias, the DNC, and the former Clinton campaign treasurer did not respond to requests seeking comment. A lawyer for Fusion GPS told the Washington Examiner that the firm has complied with the law. Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz is reviewing alleged FISA abuse, and Attorney General William Barr launched his “investigation of the investigators” earlier this year.
