*This is just a theory*
There have been recent reports about F-117 sightings and flights, as if they're active again, EVEN THOUGH they were decommissioned years ago in 2007 and 2008.
These were the planes being developed in Area 51 during the 70s and 80s, so they have ALWAYS had secrecy associated with them.
There is new reports about 4 of the f-117 Nighthawks being used once in Syria in 2017.
But there have been reports of "unidentified or unknown aircrafts" CONSTANTLY throughout the campaign against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, I included just a few. There's so many more.
It's highly plausible many more missions have been done using them.
Then I saw in the articles the use of "Night #" to describe the callsign.
I thought of Q's crumbs on Night [#] from April, a few days before the Airstrikes on Syria because of the chemical weapon FALSE FLAGS.
The last Night [#] crumb was Night [5] on 4/12/18, and the strikes happened early in the morning on 4/14/18.
This is theoretical, but Q posted Night [2], Night [3], Night [4], and Night [5], implying 4 Night [#]s
Night [#] → Night # → NightHawk # → F-117 → 4 F-117s
On the 14th ALSO, there was a giant explosion at an Iranian base in Syria from an "unidentified" aircraft or aircrafts that was blamed on Israel.
It seriously crippled Iranian forces in that area, of Northern Syria.
Q asked "What if Iran created a classified ‘satellite’ Nuclear facility in Northern Syria?", and also asked "Why did we strike Syria? Why did we really strike Syria?".
I don't think we hit targets AT the facility, but we hit targets at this base to PREVENT anything from continuing there, and Q uses "prevent" a lot in the crumbs I put in the graphic, even saying "Prevent at all costs."
The theory is that Q was telling us we were striking COVERTLY, while the international spectacle of the OVERT airstrikes were happening using supposedly decommissioned F-117 Nighthawks.

Chinese Got Long Beach Deal!

LONG BEACH DESK - The Long Beach Naval Station was tentatively placed on the Military Base Closure-List by president George Bush in 1991. President Bill Clinton, closed the naval base last in 1993. That resulted in the loss to Long Beach, California of 17,500 military and civilian jobs. The economic impact of the of loss was $52.5 million and drove the California economy into the tank. It has never recovered.
Between 1995-1996, during the heat of the Clinton-Gore Campaign fund raising activity, the Clinton administration actively intervened to make sure a Communist Chinese cargo container shipping interest got a too-good deal on a Long Beach, California, shipping terminal.
The Secretary of the Navy has formally turned the base over to the City of Long Beach. But, the Port of Long Beach has signed a letter of intent to lease the property to the China Ocean Shipping Co., a steamship line run by the Communist Chinese government.
The Navy base property is about to be leased to a Communist China-owned shipping company under an agreement that was only made possible by the intervention of the White House.
Forced by a court order, Port of Long Beach officials have now set March 12, 1997 for a new public hearing on plans to bulldoze the Naval Station and lease the property to the Comunist Chinese shipping company.
After a hearing before the court, a judge ruled last week that the deal had been rushed and proper procedures had not been in place.
Clinton was so eager to push the deal through that he met twice with Long Beach officials and once at a White House meeting in 1995 that included his then-chief of staff and the Pentagon's No. 2 official and others.
The deal finally approved by the Secretary of the Navy turns over control of the Long Beach Naval Station, with a value of at least $65 million, free of charge to the City of Long Beach. The city has agreed to lease it to the China Ocean Shipping Co. of the People's Republic of China.
The Chinese deal apparently went forward without a national security review by wither the CIA or National Security Council. The White House apparently avoided normal and routine government channels in pushing the deal through in 1995. '… there seemed to be no reason to check with the National Security Council on the decision …' White House spokesman Lanny Davis said.
However, the China Ocean Shipping Co. of the People's Republic of China has been actively involved in several recent controversies in addition to a Russian AK-47 gun-smuggling episode on the streets of Oakland, California. In another shocking incident in December, one of the company's ships plowed into a crowded boardwalk in New Orleans, injuring 116 people.
Then, in 1992, the shipping company was fined $400,000 in a violation of U.S. shipping law in connection with is practices involving bribery of government officials in order to avoid paying U.S. tariffs on its imports at United States ports of entry.
There is still more. Six of the company's ships were detained by the Navy and Coast Guard for violating international safety regulations just in the last year. The Coast Guard said, that is has placed the China Ocean Shipping Co. of the People's Republic of China on a target list of shippers to monitor and search.
Last summer China admitted that the China Ocean Shipping Co. was shipping 640 tons of raw waste from the United States to China when it suddenly decided to dump it into the open sea.
In 1993 U.S. Navy shadowed a China Ocean Shipping Co. ship passing in the Persian Gulf after U.S. intelligence warned it was suspected of carrying chemical weapons materials.
CIA director Robert Gates has said ' … any time you turn over an American port facility to a foreign-owned company, especially one with significant [Communist Chinese] government connection, then at least it ought to be vetted through national security agencies.'
A Navy Department career official said that no intelligence review was sought because the China Ocean Shipping Company's was not considered a security threat, by the Clinton White House.
The Chinese will lease the Long Beach Naval Station base for a 10 year term at a fee of $14.5 million per year. The Chinese will have the option to expand the perimeter of the operation onto another 150 acres of old Navy shipyards that will be developed at the City of Long Beach taxpayer's expense.
Officials at the Chinese shipping interest's headquarters in New Jersey and in Beijing refused to comment or respond to questions about president Clinton's involvement.

For the second day in a row, Chinese markets flatlined. (even with all that printed up freshly applied yuan)
Volatile day in European stocks to end the short-week as PMIs hit. Italy was weaker on the day and Germany best on the week.
Small Caps suffered on the week as Trannies and The Dow managed gains ahead of the long weekend.
This was the 2nd worst week for Small Caps relative to Mega Caps in 5 months.
Technology's role as the best-performing equity sector during this year's ferocious rally has it trading at more than 19.2 times forward 12-month earnings, a level it hasn't reached since 2007.
As Bloomberg notes, valuations are a notoriously poor tool for market timing, and forward earnings estimates could prove to be too low, so this alone shouldn't necessarily serve as a sell signal. However, notice the divergence in fortunes between tech and health care that's left the former trading at almost 1.4 times the forward valuation of the latter. That's a rather extreme divergence that seems like a good candidate for mean reversion.
The Healthcare sector continued to puke today, making it the worst week since 2018, but we note that it found support at the 100DMA.

CALGARY, Alberta (Reuters) - Canada has extended the deadline for a decision on whether to push forward with the expansion of the Trans Mountain oil pipeline to June 18 from mid-May, the government said on Thursday.
The Trans Mountain expansion (TMX) project would nearly triple the amount of crude flowing from Alberta’s oil sands to British Columbia’s coast, but has been beset by regulatory delays and opposition from indigenous groups, environmentalists and the government of British Columbia.
Amarjeet Sohi, Canada’s minister of natural resources, said the delay would give the federal Liberal government more time to consult with indigenous groups impacted by the pipeline.
“The Government has consistently said that a decision would only be made on the project once we are satisfied that the duty to consult has been met,” he said.
However, Conservative shadow minister for natural resource Shannon Stubbs said the delay meant another summer construction season would likely be missed.
“There is also still a very real risk that the Liberals will cancel this project for political reasons,” she said in a statement.
Last August, the Canadian government bought the pipeline from Kinder Morgan Canada for C$4.5 billion ($3.37 billion) to ensure it gets built.
That came after Canada’s Federal Court of Appeal overturned the Liberal government’s 2016 approval to expand the pipeline. The court ruled Canada’s National Energy Board (NEB) regulator had not considered marine impacts and the government had not adequately consulted indigenous groups.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government ordered a new NEB review of Trans Mountain last September, and in February the regulator recommended the government approve it a second time.
The NEB also made new recommendations to mitigate harm to Pacific Ocean killer whales, which environmentalists warn will face disruption from increased oil tanker traffic.
Alberta’s Premier-designate Jason Kenney, who won a landslide election victory in the oil-rich province on Tuesday, said he had spoken with Trudeau about the delay.
“I agree with the Prime Minister that they need to make sure they cross every ‘t’ and dot every ‘i’ when it comes to discharging the federal government’s duty to consult,” Kenney told a news conference. “We certainly do not want them to go back to the drawing board a third time on this.”
RBC Capital Markets analyst Michael Tran said the short delay to the decision would not materially impact the energy sector.
“The government is taking its time to make sure the right decision is made and it’s communicated the right way to the masses,” Tran said.
Trudeau’s Liberals face a federal election later this year in which the environment and pipelines will be major issues.

Cohen’s made four false statements to the congress”
1. Cohen told congress that the Trump Tower Moscow project was over in January 2016 when in fact it continued in May/June of 2016. He said he did this in order to stay with the narrative that the deal was dead before Trump was the presumptive GOP nominee.
2. Cohen’s statement also lied about never having a discussion about Trump traveling to Russia even though such discussions took place.
3. Despite having regular conversations with Trump about Tower project he testified that they discussed it only three times.
4. Cohen testified he never talked to anyone from the Kremlin about the project even though he had a long phone call with a Kremlin representative.
Cohen’s rationalization for the false statements was that since the deal never happened it was no big deal to help Trump out with the narrative.

President Trump’s plan to pull funding from military construction projects to pay for a Mexican border wall could delay more than $139 million in critical infrastructure funding for U.S. Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach.
The station’s needs include replacing a 60-year-old ammunition pier, dredging Anaheim Bay and constructing missile storage warehouses.
The installation’s strategic importance is expected to increase in coming years because the Navy plans to base 60% of its ships in the Pacific Ocean by 2020, up from 40% a decade ago, according to a Navy study.
Seal Beach’s primary missions are to store ordnance for the Navy and Marine Corps, load and unload ammunition and maintain weapons on warships departing San Diego.
At the request of Sen. Jack Reed (D- R.I.), the Joint Chiefs of Staff released a list of military construction projects this week that could be used as funding sources for the border wall. Seal Beach’s earmarked funding was listed as an eligible source.
Gregg Smith, public affairs officer for the weapons station, said the base’s construction funds have only been identified as a potential source of border wall funding.
“Especially knowing that, it would definitely not be appropriate for me to speculate on potential impacts to the base or the Navy at this time,” he said.
U.S. Rep. Harley Rouda (D-Laguna Beach), whose district includes Seal Beach, wrote in a statement that Trump chose to veto a Congressional resolution terminating his border emergency, defying the consensus of both parties in the House and the Senate.
“I will not sit still and let the president raid hundreds of millions from California disaster relief funding, and put $139 million more in military construction projects for Seal Beach’s brave service members and their families on the chopping block,” Rouda wrote.
The replacement of the ammunition pier is considered vital by the Navy because it was built prior to modern earthquake standards and a major seismic event could halt operations.
Dredging Anaheim Bay and reconfiguring the turning basin will allow Seal Beach to serve larger amphibious assault ships, which currently have to be resupplied at sea by Marine Corps helicopters off Camp Pendleton.
To allow vehicles to access the new wharf, the Navy will build a causeway across the east side of the bay and create an entirely new public navigation channel for Huntington Harbour.
The Navy currently closes Anaheim Bay to public boating traffic while ships are entering or leaving the base.
The new navigation channel will eliminate the need for such closures, which can last for about an hour and a half, said Paul De Graw, commodore of the Huntington Harbour Yacht Club.
“The yacht club was excited about the option that they came up with because it separates the harbor from the naval base,” De Graw said. “The members of the yacht club would be disappointed if the project didn’t go through.”
It’s unclear when the Trump administration will tap specific military construction projects for funding and how it long it would take to restore funding to those that get defunded.
If the Navy decides to move ahead with funding Seal Beach on schedule, construction crews could break ground later this year or in 2020.

Maybe the fact that Karen has flipped will suggest to Kathy Russell, who blundered into her present indictment and is still holding out – hoping against hope that her case will be dismissed – that she should make a plea deal.
After all, Karen Unterreiner was Kathy’s boss. If Kathy committed five crimes, Karen did 500.
Now, Karen will likely be testifying against her, saving her own skin. The trial begins on May 7. This time it’s for real. Karen flipped. She flipped long ago.
Karen was the always the smartest one in Nxivm., She may be smarter than Keith and when the feds came to town, that girl was not going to be a fool like Allison, Lauren, Nancy, and the hapless Kathy Russell.
When called to the grand jury, she was not going to play games like “Save the Vanguard” or “Run, Keith, Run” or Hide and Go Plead” – or like Kathy – invoke the 5th selectively like it was a game of musical chairs.
She spilled quick and fast. She got an honest attorney – not under Clare Bronfman’s control and now she is spared the inconvenience of handcuffs, ankle monitors, home arrest or facing judges and making allocutions or juries as a defendant.
Karen was always smart. She was one of the women who helped Raniere with his take-home IQ test – the one he used to establish – in the Guinness Book of Records [1989 Australian edition] that he was tied with two others for having the highest IQ in the world.
Of course, the test was bogus. Obviously no take home IQ test should ever be considered official – which is something Guinness figured out later – for they retired the category that year and never had “Highest IQ” as a category again.
On top of that, Keith cheated. He had his women take the test for him. Karen and Gina Hutchinson and a couple of other young women. They did the work on the IQ test. They took about a month to complete it, making sure they got answers right for Keith.
Even after he submitted the test, they found they had one answer wrong and Keith called the man who created the test and would confirm the results and asked him to correct one answer, which he did – which actually got Keith the tie for highest score.
He was almost not the smartest man in the world.
Gina died, and many women from that era left – smelling Keith’s evil, hating him and fearing him, but Karen Unterreiner stayed.
Consider, she came to Keith in the 1970s. Nancy Salzman came in 1998. Kathy Russell 2002. Allison Mack 2006. Clare Bronfman 2002.
Karen had them all beat. She was not only in his inner circle – she was in his inner-inner circle.
She, Pam Cafritz, Barbara Jeske, and Kristin Keeffe were inner-inner circle.
Not Allison or Nicki, not Nancy Salzman or Lauren. Or Clare or even Barbara Bouchey.
