The main spillway, emergency spillway, the dam, the Hyatt power plant, the river outlet valve (ROV), water inflows vs outflows, rain storms and the human failure factor would all have to come together at one moment.

In order to get the dam to go into complete failure mode there would have to be domino effect which would cause the loss of the emergency spillway by overtopping resulting in erosion that would cause head cutting thus bringing down the o.g weir. Loss of the emergency spillway would result in the main spillway loss at the head. These two events would cause a 30 foot wall of water almost 2,000 feet long that would take the top 20% of the lake. The wall of water would result in a large inundation zone that just in itself would destroy thousands of structures and kill 10 of thousands of people.

GOP Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas introduced a bill Monday to allow prisons to jam cell phone signals, citing Shkreli’s behavior as an example of why the law is needed. Oddly, Obama doesn't mention the name of his employer. However, a New York Times story of October 30, 2007 identifies the company as Business International Corporation. Equally odd is that the Times did not remind its readers that the newspaper itself had disclosed in 1977 that Business International had provided cover for four CIA employees in various countries between 1955 and 1960.10
The British journal, Lobster — which, despite its incongruous name, is a venerable international publication on intelligence matters — has reported that Business International was active in the 1980s promoting the candidacy of Washington-favored candidates in Australia and Fiji.11 In 1987, the CIA overthrew the Fiji government after but one month in office because of its policy of maintaining the island as a nuclear-free zone, meaning that American nuclear-powered or nuclear-weapons-carrying ships could not make port calls.12 After the Fiji coup, the candidate supported by Business International, who was much more amenable to Washington's nuclear desires, was reinstated to power — R.S.K. Mara was Prime Minister or President of Fiji from 1970 to 2000, except for the one-month break in 1987.
In his book, not only doesn't Obama mention his employer's name; he fails to say exactly when he worked there, or why he left the job. There may well be no significance to these omissions, but inasmuch as Business International has a long association with the world of intelligence, covert actions, and attempts to penetrate the radical left — including Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)13 — it's reasonable to wonder if the inscrutable Mr. Obama is concealing something about his own association with this world.
Adding to the wonder is the fact that his mother, Ann Dunham, had been associated during the 1970s and 80s — as employee, consultant, grantee, or student — with at least five organizations with intimate CIA connections during the Cold War: The Ford Foundation, Agency for International Development (AID), the Asia Foundation, Development Alternatives, Inc., and the East-West Center of Hawaii.14 Much of this time she worked as an anthropologist in Indonesia and Hawaii, being in good position to gather intelligence about local communities.
As one example of the CIA connections of these organizations, consider the disclosure by John Gilligan, Director of AID during the Carter administration (1977-81). "At one time, many AID field offices were infiltrated from top to bottom with CIA people. The idea was to plant operatives in every kind of activity we had overseas, government, volunteer, religious, every kind."15 And Development Alternatives, Inc. is the organization for whom Alan Gross was working when arrested in Cuba and charged with being part of the ongoing American operation to destabilize the Cuban government.

GARROW: Frank Marshall Davis, by the time that Barack is a young child in Hawaii, is living there in Honolulu. Frank, earlier in his life, had been a very prominent black poet in Chicago. Frank had married a wealthy white woman in the late '40s and they decided to move to Hawaii because they were going to experience a whole lot less racial discrimination as an interracial couple in Honolulu than in Chicago. By the mid-1960s, one of Frank Marshall Davis' best friends in Honolulu is Barack's grandfather, Stanley Dunham.

Stanley was an amateur poet himself, a man who enjoyed dirty limericks, and he and Frank Davis would hang out together. And Stanley was very conscious of having a grandson who was half-black and Stanley went out of his way to introduce his grandson, Barry, back at that time, to Frank Davis. And for Barack, Frank Davis was really the first adult African-American male whom he knew, again, someone the age of a grandfather and they never became as close as Barack did to, for example, Jeremiah Wright 20 years later.
But Barack as a young man when he's in high school, when he's in college, is writing poetry or trying to write poetry, some people might say. And there's no question that Frank Davis did have some formative impact on Barack. But Barack no more knew that Frank Marshall Davis had actually been a Communist in the 1940s, than he knew that Bill Ayers, later a good friend in Chicago, had been involved in planting bombs. Barack in neither instance is it a reflection upon who Barack is, what people had done years earlier.

Democrat Hank Johnson Suggests Attorney General Barr May Have ‘Obstructed Justice’
Some Democrats in Congress are suggesting that Attorney General William Barr broke the law in announcing the principal conclusions of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report last week, according to a report.
Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) — who once asked during a hearing whether Guam could tip over and capsize if more Marines were added, suggested Friday that Barr’s handling of the report may have “obstructed justice.”
“If it turns out that he has obstructed justice by how he has handled the Mueller report that will be a deep stain on his legacy,” said Rep. Hank Johnson, member of the House Judiciary Committee, according to Politico.
Barr, in a letter to leaders of the Judiciary Committee, wrote that the special counsel did not establish any collusion, conspiracy, or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia.
He also said Mueller declined to take a position on whether the president obstructed the investigation, which he said left him to make the decision. Barr said he, in consultation with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, concluded Trump did not obstruct the special counsel investigation.
Democrats have slammed Barr’s characterizations of Mueller’s principal conclusions, and demanded that he release the report by April 2. Barr notified them that he intended to release the report by mid-April, if not earlier, as he scrubbed the report of four categories of legally protected information.
He also responded to their criticism by adding that his letter was never meant to be summary of Mueller’s report.
“Everyone will soon be able to read it on their own,” he wrote. “I do not believe it would be in the public’s interest for me to attempt to summarize the full report or to release it in serial or piecemeal fashion.”
Still, House Judiciary Democrats have blasted Barr for not yet releasing the full investigation, and on Wednesday, moved to authorize subpoenas for the report, as well as former White House advisers as part of their investigation to find any wrongdoing by the president.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) suggested that Barr was making up justifications not to release it in full:

>We fought to ensure Mueller could finish his work. And we will fight to ensure Mueller’s report is not buried.
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) defended Barr on Fox News.
“Attorney General Barr has operated at lightning speed, providing the conclusions to Congress even over the weekend,” he said. “So, certainly he is going to be faithful to his commitment to get as much as is appropriate and legal from the Mueller report into the public square.”
“What [Republicans] don’t agree with is a strategy that would compromise sources and methods from the intelligence community or that would limit our ability to conduct important investigations in the future,” Gaetz added.
“Democrats made these very arguments when we were trying to get the underlying documents as to how this whole ridiculous investigation got started in the first place. Now they’re being total hypocrites,” he said.

The Issue with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Begs the Question of
“What Happens If A Supreme Court Justice is Unable to Perform Their Duty?”
Nothing.
Supreme Court justices hold their positions until they retire, die, or are impeached. If a justice is in some way incapacitated or otherwise prevented from discharging their duties, there currently is no mechanism in the Constitution or for outside forces (i.e. Senate or Congress) to remove said justice from the bench.
Changing this would require a constitutional amendment
, so the prospects of this changing soon are not very high.
So if a justice is unable to perform their duties while still alive, there’s nothing to do but wait for the justice to either die or decide to retire.
I have been only able to find 1 example of incompetence in the SC justices and how it was handled =
Justice William O. Douglas. He had a stroke in 1974 at the age of 76. He refused to retire despite a resulting disability. Seven of the other justices voted to defer to the next term any decision in which his vote would make the difference. He didn’t retire for almost a year despite urging from other justices. After retirement he tried to serve in a senior judicial status, but the other justices refused to cooperate. His long and distinguished career was partially marred by his hanging on when he could no longer function effectively. Yet there was nothing the President, Congress, or other justices could do to force him to retire.
So……………Even if RBG is in a coma, she would still be considered alive and hold a seat. Chief Justice Roberts would have to be in the know of her health and/or any written instructions from RBG re her status. The fact that in Dec 2018 she stated she hoped to hang on until a Democratic Pres was sworn in to name her replacement says volumes.
