This is subjective to the search engines and other algorithms that a user is subject to.
This is not always the best source of information and it is still often lacking validation is all I fine with things going on.
That is where it is important not to believe everything your read or see on the internet. There was a time we are passing that everyone believe something that was played in a magic box called a TV now it is only traded for a computer that is connected with the screen more directly. The flat screens are more advanced than the first come computers believe it or not.

If you did read the post there is only 2 anons which neither of here named in post.
This is an interesting topic for debate in many realms I have an idea of some people I may think they could but that is not important.
The reality is the hat anon came from the original anonymous group but then it changed over time to have more of an encompassing meaning. To which then it was subjectively applied to a group in a way.
I do not flatter myself, to even with all the research I have done and things maybe or maybe not been useful, that I am one of these people.
This may seems strange to people but the reality is that they where likely involved from the inception of action or the formulation of the plans.
Just my thought on the matter
