Highly doubtful that tech problems like this has affected whether Q posts or not, since similar problems have occurred all along.
I did quite a few searches in the last 24 hrs on the admin server and did not get that message, will switch to searching on regular server and see whether it's a problem.

Recently there have been a series of AI-generated infographics such as these posted on QR General.
Same graphics posted over and over again, with some new ones added in but also lots of repeats.
Baker wanted to include these in notables, pushed hard for it. Anons weren't enthused. Baker wanted BO support but i could not give that based on the limitations of AI:
AI can be useful as a starting point when searching out verifiable, well-sourced analyses by reputable human investigators. However, stand-alone computer-generated compilations and charts are based on input from unknown AI trainers, not identifiable human sources.
This is why they don't belong in notables.
New Board Rule:
AI infographics ok as long as not spammed.
But they are not notable.
If spammed, BVs will remove.
If notabled, BVs will remove.
