President Donald Trump will be in Pennsylvania for a rally Thursday as police intensify their search for a Schuylkill County man who threatened to kill him.
Police said Shawn Christy, who has been on the run since June, posted on Facebook that he was going to shoot Trump in the head.
Investigators are continuing efforts to locate Christy. They had been searching woods near Wilkes-Barre, where Trump will hold a campaign-style rally Thursday night.
Christy's vehicle was found in Nitro, West Virginia.

I'm a freelancer for local news. Today I was at the suspect's house along with a bunch of other affiliates. It's shuttered. We interviewed some neighbors. One said he doesn't think Pappas did it. Another said he must have done it because he disappeared. Most neighbors didn't think he really looked like the man on the bike in the surveillance videos. None had ever seen Pappas riding his bike.
We interviewed a legal courier. Apparently Pappas is/was a lawyer or something like that. He called the courier to take the deed to his house to the courthouse as he was transferring it to some lady in another state. Courier said the dude was weird on the phone. Said when he went to Pappas' house to pick up the paperwork that Pappas opened the door slowly and was peeping up and down the street like he was checking if someone was coming or watching or something. Suspicious like he was nervous or scared about something. Courier said that he kind of suspected maybe Pappas was going to kill himself because he was giving his house away but he did not say anything or alert anyone. Courier said Pappas kept calling like 3 or 4 times while he was en route to the court house to deliver the deed. "Is it done yet?" Same deal after he delivered it, kept calling about getting an invoice from the Courier until he finally said screw it and pulled over in a parking lot to send it on his phone. Said Pappas called afterward and sounded totally normal day of murder (after the murder had happened) to tell him what a great job they did and how professional they were. Couple days later Courier finds out about murder on TV and was like "holy shit that's that guy!" and calls HPD.
We went to the building where Pappas' office is supposed to be. Nobody there had heard of him except on the news and everyone we talked to swore he didn't work there.
CNN is on this, by the way. Fake News.
Anyway, this whole thing is weird. Doesn't make any sense. My 2¢ is that this Pappas dude is like a pedo or something and was blackmailed into doing this shit like in that Black Mirror episode. It's literally the only thing I can think of that makes this thing even remotely logical. Pappas' house is about 6 miles from the murder scene. The "motive" for this whole thing is something that happened 21 years ago.
