I've discovered that many times when I go to post and get the "server took too long" message while using FireFox that using the Task Manager and doing the End Task on the bloat Processes of 7.5Mb and smaller clears the problem. Sadly since Mozilla took away the feature where the number of processes can be limited every now and then I have to go back into the Task Manager and do it again.

What thread is this in? if you are posting in a different language than in QR general, that would probably be deleted. If on a country thread (japanese in JAPAN thread, etc), then no.
A Global Volunteer might delete something (and probably ban too) if you have the same ip as a bot spammer who spams across boards. But I would have no way of knowing that.

I try to use Japanese only in countries that claim to be Japan.
I believe the GV deletion is in the board log, but in this case only some of the posts have been erased and others are still there.
I don't recall being erased elsewhere, and from what you say, if it was erased elsewhere, wouldn't that ID/IP be all deleted, not part of it?
I do not understand all of when ID/IP changes occur.
I do know that sometimes the IP/ID changes when the cache is cleared or something.
