The Biden Regime is in a rush to jail Trump before the 2024 election.

The Justice Department opposed a delay in a pretrial hearing in the Trump classified documents case.

Trump’s aide Walt Nauta requested a delay in Friday’s pretrial hearing because his attorney, Stan Woodward, is in trial this week in DC.

Woodward also doesn’t have his interim clearance yet.

The government wants to fast-track the case so they can throw Trump in prison.

Walt Nauta was charged alongside President Trump in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

Nauta pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday.

Trump also pleaded not guilty to the 37 federal charges related to the classified documents case.

President Trump was indicted on 37 counts last month: 31 charges for willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes that stemmed from notes memorialized by Trump’s attorney.

Trump’s aide Waltine (Walt) Nauta was also indicted by the Florida grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

According to the indictment, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.

Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.

According to the federal indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Nauta was charged along with Trump in counts 32, 33, 43, 35, and 36.

The charges include conspiracy, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation and scheme to conceal.

Walt Nauta was also charged alone in count 38: False statements and misrepresentations.

Nauta’s lawyer Stanley Woodward filed a complaint in the DC court alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

DOJ prosecutor Jay Bratt tried to bribe Walt Naut’s lawyer Stanley Woodward in order to get his client to testify against Trump.

Bratt brought up Woodward’s application for a judgeship and suggested it would be blocked unless he forced his client to testify against Trump.

Special Forces Recover Stolen Sarin Gas Rockets

United States Special Forces and chemical weapon specialists have recovered the GB rockets that inexplicably vanished from what should have been an impregnable concrete bunker at Army Blue Grass Weapons Depot in Kentucky, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

White Hats began investigating the mysterious disappearance Friday night after a soldier at BGAD told Col. Keirsey’s office that 60 M55 rockets holding sarin gas were missing from storage racks and that someone in a position of power had removed their serial numbers from a restricted database. He had last seen the rockets, which were scheduled for destruction Friday, on Wednesday. He believed the disappearance occurred Thursday or early Friday morning while he was off shift.

Our source said the general cashed in favors to acquire security recordings that showed protocol violations and evidence of rockets leaving the base, the most egregious being missing timestamped footage, 90 minutes of it, between 1:30-3:00 Friday morning, four hours before the whistleblowing specialist started work. Two cameras inside the bunker had been selectively disabled, as had three exterior cameras that, if working, would’ve shown persons or vehicles approaching the bunker’s impenetrable steel doors, sealed shut by massive shackle locks.

“Even with today’s tech, those old bunkers were never fitted with biometric security. Just good old-fashioned keys. And as you can imagine, access to those keys should be tightly controlled. As far as we know, there are only two sets on base. The commander has one, and one is in the security building. Live footage is also fed to the security shack,” our source said.

He mentioned that the whistleblower saw no physical evidence of a break-in—other than the missing rockets. The locks were intact, and no one besides him seemed to notice or care that 60 lethal rockets weren’t in their assigned location.

General Smith also reviewed the video of the base’s entrances and exits. Cameras covering the main gate, the only thoroughfare to weapon bunkers, had 90 minutes of lost time identical to that of the burgled depot.

Two guards, civilian contractors, should have been protecting the main gate at the time.

BGAD is an atypical Army post. Seventy percent of its 700 personnel—though 2,500 have rotated in and out during the chemical weapon decommissioning campaign—are civilian contractors, including private security. In May, the criminal Def. Sec. Lloyd Austin directed BGAD commander Col. Brett A. Ayvazian to increase private security “to allow soldiers greater flexibility,” even though no soldiers complained about being overworked. In fact, Gen. Smith’s investigation revealed BGAD soldiers had expressed concern that the growing number of civilian contractors heightened the risk of a security breach.

As part of the investigation, Gen. Smith reached out to Ayvazian, who had left BGAD ahead of the 4th of July holiday and didn’t return until the evening of June 7, after the rockets had gone missing. When the general inquired about the rockets and asked to see security footage, Ayvazian denied the request, said Marines had no business meddling in Army affairs, and told him to forward any concerns to Lloyd Austin. Moreover, Ayvazian said he wasn’t authorized to discuss the chemical weapon destruction campaign with anyone outside his immediate command.

“General Smith ultimately got video from other sources,” our source said. “As for Ayvazian, it was damn suspicious, but we didn’t know if he was in on it or just trying to cover his ass after the fact. General Smith wasn’t about to let those rockets stay missing.”

By Saturday, General Smith and 5th Special Forces Group commander Brent Lindemen had recalled a Special Forces detachment from an ongoing assignment, investigating a famous Hollywood producer suspected of running a child sex trafficking ring, and put them on the case of the missing rockets, which, our source said, took priority, at least temporarily. The general also recruited trustworthy CBRNs from the 48th Chemical Brigade to aid the recovery in case the rusty rockets had sprung leaks.

White Hats canvassing the nearby cities of Richmond, Berea, and Kirksville got their first clue Sunday morning when the owner of a gas station on Route 25, a few miles north of BGAD, reported having seen a suspicious 18-wheeler stop for fuel early Friday morning. He thought it suspicious that the driver wore Army fatigues without a nametag, and the occupant appeared to be a civilian dressed in black.

“A lot of military traffic goes through that area, and the owner was familiar with patterns. Military travel in military vehicles, and civilians in civilian vehicles. He told Special Forces only rarely had he seen military and civilians traveling together, and never a soldier without a nametag. He was sure of it because the soldier, if he was one, used the restroom. His cameras, fortunately, were working and showed the truck leaving the station north, but not clear enough to get the plates,” our source said.

The tractor-trailer’s conspicuous emerald cab gave Special Forces a clue to follow, though it already could have deposited the cargo at any number of airports or shipping ports along the central eastern seaboard. Nonetheless, Special Forces worked with what leads they had, gumshoeing their way north like the detectives of potboiler fiction.

Meanwhile, Gen. Smith at Camp Pendleton pooled White Hat resources to cast a wide net. Additional Special Forces joined the hunt, as did soldiers of the 75th Ranger Regiment and Marines from Camp Lejeune’s 2nd Marine Division.

“The biggest operation to date,” our source said.

According to our source, the White Hat council somehow obtained traffic cam footage and tracked the 18-wheeler from the gas station to Richmond to Lexington to Louisville, then into Indiana and north toward Indianapolis. The trail went cold in Edinburgh, about 50 miles south of Indianapolis and a three-hour drive from Blue Grass Depot.

“Our fear was the truck stopped around Edinburgh, the weapons got moved to another vehicle, and something like that would’ve happened if we weren’t very lucky and very fast,” our source said.

As Special Forces sped to Edinburgh, the general arranged for choppers to shuttle Rangers, now in Virginia, to the truck’s last known location. They converged in Edinburgh at approximately the same time and fanned out in an expanding circle, searching for roads that didn’t have traffic cameras.

At 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Special Forces spotted a tractor-trailer with a green cab on an isolated stretch of road near Plover Pit Lake. Thermal scans showed the engine was cold and the cab empty of passengers.

“They expected to find an empty trailer. But the CBRNs put on protective gear, used infrared detectors to check for nerve agent vapors, and broke the lock. And the rockets were in there, but no sign of the driver or passenger,” our source said.

Someone, he added, had retrofitted the interior with racks designed to safely cradle the rockets.

“Now, it was sitting there a damn long time, Friday morning until late Sunday afternoon, unattended before we arrived. Abandoning a truckload of WMDs made no sense. The general assumed the occupants expected another driver to come along and drive it to its final destination, but again, you’d think they’d have timed it better. Or something happened to delay a relief crew that long. We weren’t going to look a gift horse in the mouth,” our source said.

Our source added that the general and his staff debated whether to lay a trap for any Deep Staters that happened along or simply commandeer the truck. Gen. Smith prudently picked the second choice, wondering how many Deep Staters might arrive in search of their stolen cache and what firepower they might bring. His primary concern was to deprive the thieves of their would-be bounty.

“It wasn’t an easy choice. General Smith has no qualms about killing traitors. We believe the Biden regime is involved because Biden made public statements that all chemical weapons were destroyed and never said word one about any missing,” our source said.

The rockets now reside in a truly secure location and will be destroyed, he added.

And the CBRN whistleblower is under White Hat protection.

“I want to say one more thing: We are firmly against the U.S. Security State and the billions of cameras watching every movement. We’ll die on that hill. But in this case, we’re thankful they were there. This issue isn’t closed. We’ll find who took those rockets and who hired them,” our source said.

Alien planet with metallic clouds resembles 'a giant mirror in space'

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - It is a planet astronomers say probably should not even exist.

Researchers said on Monday they have spotted a truly extreme planet beyond our solar system, a blazingly hot world a bit bigger than Neptune that orbits a sun-like star every 19 hours and appears to be wrapped in metallic clouds made of titanium and silicates that reflect most incoming light back into space.

"It's a giant mirror in space," said astronomer James Jenkins of Diego Portales University and the Center for Excellence in Astrophysics and Associated Technologies (CATA) in Chile, a co-author of the research published in the journal Astronomy & Astrophysics.

It reflects about 80% of incoming light, making it the universe's most reflective object known. Venus, the brightest object in Earth's night sky besides the moon, is our solar system's most reflective object, enrobed in toxic sulfuric acid clouds. Venus reflects about 75% of incoming light. Earth reflects about 30%.

The planet, named LTT9779b, and its star are located in our Milky Way galaxy about 264 light years from Earth in the direction of the constellation Sculptor. A light year is the distance light travels in a year, 5.9 trillion miles (9.5 trillion km).

The planet's diameter is about 4.7 times greater than Earth, and it orbits very close to its star - closer than our solar system's innermost planet Mercury's distance to the sun and 60 times closer than Earth's orbit. With blistering solar radiation from its star, its surface temperature is about 3,270 degrees Fahrenheit (1,800 degrees Celsius), hotter than molten lava.

With its star so close, it is a wonder it has any atmosphere, according to the researchers. An atmosphere with water-based clouds, as on Earth, would have been blown away by solar radiation long ago. But they believe its clouds are metallic, a combination of titanium and silicate - the stuff that makes up most of the rocks in Earth's crust.

"We even think that the clouds could condense into droplets, and have titanium rain falling in parts of the atmosphere," Jenkins said.

The researchers studied the planet using the European Space Agency's CHEOPS orbiting telescope.

"No other planet like this has been discovered to date," said astronomer and study lead author Sergio Hoyer of the Marseille Astrophysics Laboratory in France.

Possessing an atmosphere while orbiting so close to its star makes it "a planet that shouldn't exist," according to astronomer and study co-author Vivien Parmentier of the Côte d'Azur Observatory in France.

"The super-reflective cloud cover likely helped stop the planet from warming up too much and being stripped of its atmosphere," Parmentier said. "This is quite unique as all other planets at this temperature that are big enough to keep their atmosphere are too hot to form clouds and are thus as dark as charcoal."

It also appears to be tidally locked to its star like the moon is to Earth, with a permanent day side facing the star and a permanent night side facing away.

All previously known planets that orbit their stars in less than one Earth day were either "hot Jupiters," gas giants similar in composition to our solar system's largest planet but much hotter due to solar radiation - or rocky planets smaller than Earth and lacking an atmosphere.

The researchers are pondering whether LTT9779b, classified as an "ultra-hot Neptune," perhaps began as a gas giant only to lose most of its atmosphere, or whether it started out at its current size.

More than 5,000 planets beyond our solar system - called exoplanets - have been discovered, many with traits vastly different than our solar system's eight planets. With increasingly capable instruments coming on line - the James Webb Space Telescope became operational last year and the Extremely Large Telescope is under construction in Chile - more discoveries await.

"The diversity of exoplanets is stunning," Parmentier said, "and we have just scratched the surface."

Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) are something from science fiction that has become a true reality that every nation must reckon with. The broad term covers many kinds of weapons system but space-based DEWs will be laser style beams or pulses that are intended to cause damage on the receiving end. Varying levels of focus can change intensity and size of the impact area. Lasers and heat-effects can be used to damage all kinds of military hardware, sensitive structures, or even natural habitats. Western victims of intense fires claim unnatural origins and intense heat that’s never been witnessed before.

Satellite killers are known to have been in existence for several years. China famously demonstrated the capability in 2007 when it blew up one of its own satellites and created an enormous cloud of dangerous space debris. Satellite killers would realistically be DEWs as well. Laser attacks are more sensible with the ranges and precision necessary for orbital satellite targeting.

Photos of burnt neighborhoods where surrounding woods are left unscathed are suspicious. Intense heat melts the aluminum rims of automobiles that are burned in the fires. There are even photos of visual beams coming down from the sky. Pro surfer Mikala Jones dies after freak water accident that severed his artery

Hawaiian surfing star Mikala Jones bled to death after severing an artery in his groin while riding a wave in Indonesia this weekend.

Jones, a 44-year-old married father of three, was involved in a freak surfing accident in the Mentawai Islands Sunday.

Jones had been staying at the Awera Resort with his family, when around 9:15 a.m. he likely impaled his left groin on his surfboard fin, suffering a 4-inch-long gash, according to the surfing website Surfline, citing official reports.

While the exact circumstances of Jones’ death remained unclear, those close to Jones wrote on social media that he died after slashing his femoral artery, leading to a massive blood loss.

“Details are a little sketchy but it sounds like he was hit by his surfboard, cut a main artery and that’s all I know,” Brian Bielmann, a photographer and friend of Jones, wrote on Facebook.

Jones was best known in Hawaii for tube-surfing, which entails riding inside the barrel of a breaking wave.

The Hawaii native had been documenting his adventures in stunning GoPro videos, prompting Surfline to hail him as “one of the 21st century’s most photogenic surfers.”

Jones’ daughter Isabella Jones confirmed her father’s tragic death on Instagram.

“I’m not sure how to put this in words, but my dad got into a bad surfing accident and didn’t make it,” she wrote in a post Sunday. “Im [sic] happy he was doing what he loved the most.

The distraught daughter also shared touching photos of herself as a child surfing with her dad, writing that she was “in disbelief” and that Jones’ untimely death “doesn’t feel real.”

“I love you so much dad and i wish i could give you one last hug,” she added. “I wish i could tell you again how much i love you and thank you for being the best dad.”

The news of Jones’ fatal surfing accident was met with an outpouring of tributes from members of the worldwide surfing community.

Three-time surfing World Champion Mick Fanning shared a photo of himself and Jones together on Instagram, writing that he felt “shattered.”

“Mikala you were one of a kind. Funny, mellow, an explorer, a pioneer but most of all loving husband and father,” Fanning wrote. “Going to miss your sense of humor and classic one liners. Love how you always kept it real but were a true ambassador of aloha.”

T&C Surf designs, a surfboard-making company in Hawaii, also paid tribute to Jones on Facebook, reminiscing about his “quiet demeanor and easy smile.”

“His passion for deep barrels and his unquenchable wanderlust led him to explore points beyond to get even deeper,” the post read. “Mikala shared the experience with his amazing POV images letting many of us share the feeling even though we lacked his mastery of tube riding.”

But on Monday, the Audiencia Nacional, Spain’s top criminal court, said Calama had decided to provisionally close the case, “due to the complete lack of legal cooperation from Israel, which has not responded to the rogatory commission… and has prevented the investigation from going ahead.”

The investigation began in May 2022, after the Spanish government said the spyware, which infiltrates cellphones to extract data or activate a camera or microphone to spy on their owners, had been used against top politicians.

Among those targeted were the phones of Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Defense Minister Margarita Robles, Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska and Agriculture Minister Luis Planas. But the Israeli government had never answered the request for assistance, which had been sent “four times,” meaning “it probably never would,” the court said in a statement, indicating the only remaining option was diplomacy.

“All that remains is a possible diplomatic channel capable of promoting compliance with the obligations derived from international treaties,” it said.

The court said Sanchez’s phone had been targeted on five occasions between October 2020 and December 2021.

But despite a prolonged analysis of the four phones, it had not been possible to determine “who was behind the attacks,” the statement said.

Spain’s government has blamed it on “an external attack” while the Spanish press has pointed the finger at Morocco given the context of an ongoing diplomatic crisis between the two countries at the time.

The scandal emerged in April 2022, when Canadian cybersecurity watchdog Citizen Lab published a report saying the phones of at least 65 Catalan separatists had been tapped following the failed 2017 independence bid.

Several weeks later, spy chief Paz Esteban told a parliamentary committee 18 Catalan separatists, including Catalan regional leader Pere Aragones, had been spied on with Pegasus software — but always with court approval.

She was later fired.

Capitol Police officer charged with possession of child pornography

A longtime Capitol Police (USCP) officer has been charged with possession of child sexual abuse material and suspended from duty, according to the law enforcement agency.

Maryland State Police on Monday arrested Capitol Police officer Jared M. Lemon, 42, outside his home in the state and charged him with five counts of possession of child pornography, according to a release.

Lemon, who has been with the Capitol Police for nearly two decades, is suspended pending the outcome of the criminal case.

Gaetz co-sponsoring measure to prevent Biden from sending cluster bombs to Ukraine

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said Monday he will co-sponsor a measure to block President Biden from sending cluster munitions to Ukraine, joining a small group of Democrats on an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act.

“I will be the Republican co-sponsor on the NDAA amendment introduced by [Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-Calif.)] to stop the transfer of cluster bombs. These cluster bombs will not end the war in Ukraine and will not build a more stable country,” Gaetz wrote in a tweet, which included a video clip from his podcast. “Children will be left without limbs and without parents because of this decision if we do not work together in a bipartisan fashion to stop it.”

“Cluster bombs are features of the world’s bloodiest and most inhumane wars, and some of the longest. It’s hardly the corner stone of a path to peace,” he said in the video.

Biden’s announcement that he would send Ukraine cluster munition has been among the most controversial decisions he’s made yet in the 500-day war. The bombs are banned in several countries because of the risk they pose to civilians.

Biden has defended the decision, saying he believes Ukraine needs them, but he acknowledged the difficulty in reaching his conclusion.

Members of Biden’s own party have been split on the move, and Jacobs’s amendment to the NDAA is one of the latest efforts to push back against the decision. Gaetz’s move to co-sponsor the amendment could give additional weight to it, although it’s unlikely that the amendment will result in any change in policy.

The chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Rep. Mike McCaul (R-Texas), indicated his support for Biden’s move in an interview over the weekend and said the weapons could possibly be a “game changer” in the war.

“They want these as self-defense to use against Russians in their own country of Ukraine. I don’t see anything wrong with that because, quite honestly … as you look at the counteroffensive, it’s been slowed tremendously because this administration has been so slow to get the weapons in,” McCaul said Sunday.

The Gaetz-backed amendment is only one of hundreds to the NDAA, which is expected to be taken up and debated on the floor of the House this month.
