If you already wear glasses it will help prevent worsening vision and maybe even fix your eyesight altogether if you do the exercises it recommends (moving eyeballs left to right, clockwise / counter clockwise to retrain the muscles around the eyball).

I've been trying for years to get rid of my glasses with the Bates Method and it's working but just taking a really long time because I lose the routine.
