The CNN article “Protesters attack buses carrying Wuhan evacuees in Ukraine” reports that on Feb. 20th, 2020 a group of 72 people were evacuated from Wuhan, China before any cases were reported in the Ukraine.

In the light of what we know now about DOD contractor Metabiota running bioweapons research in the Ukraine, this event seems significant. Could these individuals have brought back Covid-19 samples for the biolabs?

The article gave the quarantine facility city and that it was run by the “National Guard”. Using OSINT techniques the location has been identified as the “Novosanzharsky Center of Primary Care” at 49.340996, 34.305172.
