Satanic Temple to Install ‘Baby Baphomet’ Statue Among Illinois Capitol Holiday Display on Monday During Christmas Week

The Satanic Temple is installing a “Baby Baphomet” statue among the Illinois Capitol Rotunda holiday display.

The statue will be installed on December 20th at 1 pm.

The Satanic Temple recently made headlines for seeking a court declaration to allow abortions for their Texas members, claiming that the laws violate their “religious freedom” to perform “abortion rituals.”

In a press release about the Baphomet statue, the group said that it is in celebration of the Satanic holiday Sol Invictus, which, like Christmas, takes place on the 25th of December.

According to their website, the day is a “celebration of being unconquered by superstition and consistent in the pursuit and sharing of knowledge.”

“The new display, created by artist Chris P. Andres, depicts the Satanic deity Baphomet as a swaddling babe,” the Satanic Temple said in their statement.

The group noted that it is third year displaying their statues in the Illinois Capitol building — “except for 2020, when the Capitol building was closed for all displays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

“This year’s tradition marks a greater urgency in the Baphomet’s message of harmony and reconciliation,” noted The Satanic Temple’s Director of Campaign Operations Erin Helian in the press release.

The Diocese of Springfield in Illinois and Bishop Thomas Paprocki recently installed a nativity scene in the rotunda and are outraged by the upcoming addition.

According to a report from the State Journal-Register, Paprocki said at the nativity unveiling that satanic displays “should have no place in this Capitol or any other place.”

“Mocking the millions of Christians in the state of Illinois and billions around the world by depicting the baby Jesus this Christmas with the ‘satanic deity’ Baphomet is the very definition of evil and causing division, but that is to be expected from an organization that is in existence to troll people of faith,” said Andrew Hansen, a spokesperson for the diocese, according to their report.

The Satanic Temple invited the Bishop to attend their event, which he flatly declined.

“Bishop Paprocki declines the invitation to associate with evil and urges all people of true religious faith to shun the devil,” Hansen said.

Stacey Abrams calls for voting rights reform ahead of 2022 bid for governor

Democrat Stacy Abrams, who lost her bid for governor of Georgia in 2018, is advocating for a federal voting rights act as she gets ready to launch her second bid for governor in 2022.

Abrams is not the only Democrat to express the need to change federal voting rules. Senator Raphael Warnock, an ally of Abrams, argued for the Senate to adopt a federal voting rights act.

"We in this chamber made a change in the Senate's rules in order to push forward something that all of us think is important. We set the stage to raise the nation's debt ceiling, and yet as we cast the vote to begin addressing the debt ceiling, this same chamber is allowing the ceiling of our democracy to crash in around us," Warnock said on the Senate floor Tuesday.

Abrams told the Associated Press on Thursday that Senate Democrats needed to stand together to weaken the filibuster that she claims is currently blocking the proposed new rules. Abrams told reporters that she expected many laws that would suppress voting rights to be enacted when Congress resumes in 2022.

"I understand the resistance to completely dismantling the filibuster. But I do believe there’s a way to restore the Senate to a working body so that things like defending democracy can actually take place," Abrams told the Associated Press.

US Senator Richard Blumenthal (Democrat of Connecticut) just did something equally treasonous. Except he didn’t even try to hide it. Senator Blumenthal openly attended a Communist Party event. And Senator Blumenthal wasn’t merely attending, he was the star of the evening. He was the main speaker on the stage and handed out awards to communists!

Yet we have a Democrat United States Senator who thinks it’s okay to publicly celebrate communism? Is he celebrating mass murder and starvation of the citizens? Does he want to send conservatives to hard-labor camps? Is that what he wants for America? He must. He was there to celebrate how great communism is.

Let me ask you a question. If America was invaded tomorrow by a communist army- like say China- wouldn’t we fight to the death to defend our homeland from the communist invaders? Or would we welcome them with open arms? If the answer is, of course, we’d kill any communist invaders trying to destroy America, why would we allow US Senators to sit in our Senate, while endorsing this same communist agenda to destroy America from within? Lunev is mostly known for his description of nuclear sabotage operations that have allegedly been prepared by the KGB and GRU against the western countries. It was known from other sources that large arms caches were hidden by the KGB in many countries for these planned activities. They were booby-trapped with "Lightning" explosive devices. One such cache, which was identified by Vasili Mitrokhin, exploded when Swiss authorities tried to remove it from woods near Bern. Several others caches were removed successfully.[3]

Lunev asserted that some of the hidden caches could contain portable tactical nuclear weapons known as RA-115 "suitcase bombs". Such bombs have been prepared to assassinate US leaders in the event of war, according to him.[4] Lunev states that he had personally looked for hiding places for weapons caches in the Shenandoah Valley area[1] and that "it is surprisingly easy to smuggle nuclear weapons into the US, either across the Mexican border or using a small transport missile that can slip undetected when launched from a Russian airplane.[1]

USC Under Fire Over Student's Anti-Zionist Threats On Social Media

The University of Southern California is under fire this week after a student tweeted that she wants “to kill every motherf–king zionist” as well as other postings denounced as anti-Semitic. The student, Yasmeen Mashayekh, is listed as a diversity and inclusion (DEI) senator for the University of Southern California Viterbi Graduate Student Association. The school has refused to take action against Mashayekh, but other students have objected that the school would not have been so circumspect if Mashayekh said that she wanted to kill others like BLM supporters.

Mashayekh also tweeted in June “Death to Israel and its b–ch the US” and later declared that “if you are not for the complete destruction of Israel and the occupation forces then you’re anti-Palestinian.” In a May tweet, she stated “Yes I f–king love hamas now stfu.” On June 21, she tweeted “Zionists are going to f–king pay.”

When asked about her calls for violence, Mashayekh was unapologetic on a podcast by Palestine in America on Dec. 2: “I still don’t feel any pressure to change any stances or apologize for anything at all.”

Other students have objected. Molly Davis, a student at USC, told Fox News that “while students are being forced to go through a virtual ‘diversity’ training, DEI senators are tweeting how they want to literally end the lives of humans who support the Jewish people. It’s dark and severely twisted.”

Sixty-six current and former faculty members at USC signed a letter to the university’s leadership, calling on it to “publicly and explicitly rebuke Yasmeen Mashayekh for her offensive behavior and to distance USC from her hateful statements.”

However, a USC spokesperson told Fox News that the statements are “disturbing” but legally protected.

“The individual is a member of a graduate student group that is self-organized, elects its own council members and does not set the university’s policies. Even though the statements at issue are legally protected, we understand they are disturbing. USC rejects and condemns hatred in all its forms.”

As if French President Emmanuel Macron didn't have enough on his plate, a rumor that was once dismissed as a conspiracy theory dreamed up by the far-right media is picking up new steam.

The rumor: that his wife, Brigitte Macron, is actually transgender, and was actually born as a male.

Speculation over the French First Lady's birth gender has taken over the Francophone section of Twitter this week. The cacophony of criticism has gotten so loud that Mrs. Macron - who is perhaps best known to the non-French-speaking public for her quarter-century age gap with her husband (whom she once taught as a high-school English student) - is reportedly going to file a complaint, according to several French media sources citing people from her inner circle.

According to the rumor, Mrs. Macron was born a man named Jean-Michel Trogneux. This directly contradicts her official biography, which states she was given the name Brigitte Marie-Claude Trogneux and was born female.

As "proof" that Mrs. Macron was born a man, social media users cite the scarcity of photos of Brigitte Macron in her youth that have been made public, as well as her alleged tendency to "hide her neck," One independent reporter who has helped spread the story claims that she investigated Mrs. Macron's past for three years, and claims to have documents confirming that her gender at birth was that of a male.

As for the rumors, they reportedly first cropped up in late September in the outlet "Facts and Documents"’ which has a reputation as a site that specializes in "far-right conspiracy theories," according to RT.

However, it was not until last Monday that the claims began making the rounds on social media. According to Numerama news website, a total of 34K posts have been identified on Twitter, many sharing the claims under the hashtag #JeanMichelTrogneux.

There have even reportedly been multiple attempts to change her gender on her Wikipedia article (yet another reminder not to rely on information gleaned from Wikipedia).

The outlet goes on to accuse “accounts peddling conspiracy theories, far-right circles, anti-vaxxers, QAnon groups and singer Francis Lalanne” for helping elevate the rumor to the point where it was one of the most widely discussed topics on French-speaking social media.

Pentagon bans troops from liking ‘extremist’ social content, much more in new policy – here it is

The Pentagon unveiled new guidelines on “extremism” on Monday, including rules that clarify what kind of behaviors constitute “extremism.” The rules have been updated to reflect the social media era and now prohibit service members from “liking” or “sharing” social media posts from “extremist” groups.

On Monday, the Pentagon published an updated version of its Department of Defense Instruction 1325.06. The instruction defines “extremism” as:

(a) Advocating or engaging in unlawful force, unlawful violence, or other illegal means

to deprive individuals of their rights under the United States Constitution or the laws of the United

States, including those of any State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia, or any

political subdivision thereof.

(b) Advocating or engaging in unlawful force or violence to achieve goals that are

political, religious, discriminatory, or ideological in nature.

(c) Advocating, engaging in, or supporting terrorism, within the United States or abroad.

(d) Advocating, engaging in, or supporting the overthrow of the government of the

United States, or any political subdivision thereof, including that of any State, Commonwealth,

Territory, or the District of Columbia, by force or violence; or seeking to alter the form of these

governments by unconstitutional or other unlawful means (e.g., sedition).

(e) Advocating or encouraging military, civilian, or contractor personnel within the DoD

or United States Coast Guard to violate the laws of the United States, or any political subdivision

thereof, including those of any State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia, or to

disobey lawful orders or regulations, for the purpose of disrupting military activities (e,g.,

subversion), or personally undertaking the same.

(f) Advocating widespread unlawful discrimination based on race, color, national origin,

religion, sex (including pregnancy), gender identity, or sexual orientation.

In addition to existing guidelines like not distributing literature linked to “extremist” groups or words, flags or symbols of those groups, the updates to the instruction now describe what types of social media activity would be considered prohibited.

Kirby also said there’s “no federal list of extremist groups” and that the DoD didn’t establish one.

When The New York Times begins publishing op-eds saying Joe Biden should not run again, and that he should announce it soon, then the gig is officially up. Biden is a lame duck. Perhaps someone should tell him.

Columnist Bret Stephens is right to note that the president would be 86 years old at the time of the next election cycle, and that he now “seems … uneven. Often cogent, but sometimes alarmingly incoherent.” More simply, Joe is old and tottering—and he’s unpopular to a startling degree.

As Stephens notes, even passage of a multi-trillion-dollar “infrastructure” spending bill didn’t boost his numbers much. He suggests the president liberate his party by freeing new (and younger) candidates to begin exploring a path to the presidency.

Sure, the question of Joe’s future “need(s) to be discussed candidly, not just whispered constantly.” At the same time, can we also ask the other obvious question candidly?

Why did the media cover for an elderly septuagenarian with clear age-related issues, thrusting him into a job he was never truly capable of holding—and subjecting the nation to a dangerous period without a strong leader? It’s fine to have a mea culpa moment, and truth delivered late is better than truth denied forever, but as the nation stumbles along with a puppet president there should be some accountability.

Just a year after a record 81 million Americans voted for Biden, they’re now being told it didn’t work out. Sorry. It’s coming within the timeframe of the traditional presidential “honeymoon,” that brief period presidents are normally at their zenith of political power and brimming to pass a bold agenda.

Perhaps we should give the public some adjustment time to avoid whiplash from this quick pivot. After all, it wasn’t long ago that the Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin was telling them Biden was completely fit for duty, someone who “with his aviator sunglasses (plus his promotion of exercise during the Obama administration), projects vitality and energy.”

Just more than a month before the election last year, a Forbes article claimed Trump and Biden might be “super agers” who would be expected to significantly outlive other men their age. Trump’s activity on the campaign trail perhaps warranted that description, but Biden not so much. He spent more days underground than Punxsutawney Phil and showed frequent difficulty with coherency on the campaign trail, from trying to describe COVID losses “for the past hundred years” to quoting “you know, the thing.”

Days after Biden’s election victory last year, Matt Viser of the Washington Post tweeted that “Joe Biden would often jog onto stage, showing how physically vigorous he is and attempting to dispel questions about his age. Now that he’s the oldest president-elect in American history, that doesn’t change.”…
