I think we used to call them NPCs.

He tends to lurk in the catacombs, and dwells among the dead. There is a connection with him currently ruling over many of the deeper underground Systems where the “Black Eyed” or “mole” people live. The problem is how often esoteric topics are conflated. If it wasn't out of ignorance that things get lumped together, I could understand more that people don't have the ability to pick things apart, but calling everything "new age" is just boring at this point.

However, I do understand your point and typically agree with you. At the same time, you guys have to understand that anons are usually very tame or lightly involved here such that they rarely go in to the deeper topics that we've discussed at length in different places and at different times.

The nature of of the ever-evolving chan communities, as they relate to the "truth movement" has always been an honest and unwavering pursuit of truth. I think you'll find that the more you're willing to let go and hunt down the truth, whatever that may mean, the easier it will be to stop calling people "crazy" or writing them off as "insert common trope here".

Vitamin D3 is the best form to take. It builds up in the body and strengthens the immune system. Take it along with Magnesium because that improves the absorption.

Minerals like Zinc or Magnesium should be taken in an organic form, i.e. an organic molecule that carries the mineral into your system. Some forms that you will see are gluconate, picolinate, lactate, citrate and sulfate. People who want max absorption look for tables/capsules with 2 or 3 of these forms.

Zinc will prevent the reproduction of any retrovirus if it is absorbed into the cells. For this to happen you need to take a Zinc ionophore. Easy to get ones are Green Tea (you can get green tea extract capsules) or Quercetin. HCQ and Ivermectin are harder to get.

I believe that Green Tea is the best, because not only is it a Zinc ionophore, but it also blocks both the pathways for Coronavirus to enter cells, the ACE2 receptor that COVID attacks and the more common one. Stop buying black tea, and drink Green tea instead. If you really want the milk and sugar thing, try brewing it strong or use matcha powder.

Coronavirus in all mammals, attacks the cardiovascular system, NOT the respiratory one. Any respirator effects are secondary ones. It causes cardiomyopathy meaning heart inflammation, meaning swelling of the heart muscles. If this happens, the heart pumps less blood and you feel short of breath even if your lungs are just fine. Secondly, Coronavirus causes thrombosis or micro blood clotting. If you feel muscle pains or twinges in your left arm or left chest, then take two aspirin (or chew the 81mg ones).

But what about strengthening the heart?

Take Selenium every day (usually it is a yeast extract) and 250 mg or more of CoQ10. They work together in synergy.

So to summarize, D3 with magnesium. For a few weeks you may want to go beyond 1000IU, even up to 4000IU to build up your supply in the body. Take Zinc together with Green Tea extract (or Quercetin). And take Selenium with CoQ10.

When there is any sign of a problem, fever, sniffles, cough, muscle pains, take several 1000mg of Vitamin C. spread it throughout the day because the body clears this out fast. There is no real maximum so some people take 10s of 1000s mg, but if you get diarrhea then you have overdone it. I get good results with 1000 mg taken every few hours until symptoms fade. Vitamin C is antiviral and helps healing of damaged tissue.

Be careful with Vitamin D. Don't overdo that one until you understand how it works with Vitamin K2 which happens to promote clotting. There is a balancing act since you probably don't want to take K2 while you have a Coronavirus infection, but when you are healthy it supports building up D levels.

Educate yourself about Turmeric plus black pepper. I am careful to take my blood pressure meds in the evening and black pepper only before bed because it slows down the liver from clearing the meds, which would increase the effect of the doses if I took them at the same time.

If you decide to use Turmeric, check out the info about Ginger ( a relative) and Cinnamon as well, because in India they see some synergy with these three.

And stop accepting advice from strangers about health. Not even doctors. Do your own research. It is not that hard if tyou do it incrementally.

Look into what bromelain and dandelion root do to the mRNA vaccines or the Coronavirus protein spikes. You might like the idea of using them. Also research glutathione. Even if you cannot get NAC, learn what boosts glutathione levels.

Germany: Court sentences man in Münster child abuse case

A German court has sentenced the first suspect in a major child abuse case that prompted a change in the country's pedophilia laws. He admitted to being part of a group that sexually abused two boys over several days.

A regional court in the German city of Münster on Friday sentenced a 53-year-old man to 3 years and 3 months in prison for grievous sexual abuse against a child.

Prosecutors said the man, from Germany's northernmost state of Schleswig-Holstein, had traveled to Münster to abuse a 9-year-old boy last August. The court heard that the man admitted his guilt and gave evidence against other suspects in the case.

Because of the admission, the victim had not needed to testify in court. This, the court said, was part of the reason for the mitigation, as well as the fact that he paid compensation of €10,000 ($11,900) for pain and suffering caused to the victim.

Prosecutors had called for a three-and-a-half-year prison term, with the defense asking for an "appropriately lenient sentence."

Four other men are separately in the dock as part of the same case, along with a woman accused of complicity.

The men are suspected of grievous abuse of children, including the son of the girlfriend of the 27-year-old main defendant, a computer technician. He is accused of enticing visitors to abuse the boy, and repeatedly doing so himself.

In one instance, the main defendant is believed to have trapped two boys in a garden summer house in April, along with three male accomplices. The suspects are alleged to have drugged and sexually abused the boys repeatedly over three days.

Prosecutors say they have 30 hours of video evidence.

The man is said to have been in contact with the other individuals, from the German states of Hesse, Lower Saxony, and Brandenburg, via the internet. The four are accused of offences including rape and grievous bodily harm between 2018 and May this year.

The chief defendant's mother, a 45-year-old woman who owns the summer house, is believed to have been aware of the abuse. She is charged with aiding and abetting the crimes.

Investigators said they have identified two victims other than the defendant's partner's son — a 5-year-old and a 12-year-old.

The defendants are among 11 people who were arrested in the case in June this year. At least 22 other people are also under investigation. Detectives found the IT specialist allegedly in possession of 400 terabytes of pedophile material. The trial is expected to last until February.
