'Vigilante' Ryan Naumenko avoids jail after exposing Mildura's 'creeps' online

A convicted criminal has avoided jail time for pretending to be a teenager online in an attempt to expose Mildura's "creeps".

Key points:

Naumenko then posted details of the men online

Naumenko was spared prison time, despite his prior convictions

Ryan Victor Naumenko, 38, was sentenced to a community corrections order on Monday after he told the Mildura Magistrates Court he had "turned his life around" and no longer wanted to be associated with a life of crime.

Naumenko was facing three charges relating to incidents in February 2019 when he and three others set up fake profiles on the gay dating app Grindr, in which they pretended to be 14 or 15-year-old boys, and arranged meetings with adult men under the pretense of wanting sex.

Naumenko then posted text exchanges and details of the men to a website and Facebook page called Mildura Creep Catchers.

Naumenko told police the group had arranged to meet up with 12 people, however only six followed through.

It was to 'protect the kids'

In one instance, Naumenko arranged to meet a 54-year-old man at the Mildura Water Park, where he also took a photograph of the man's car and later posted it online.

He told police he wanted to "protect the kids of Mildura" and did not know that what he was doing was illegal.

The court heard the Facebook page and website were shut down after receiving significant attention from the community and local media.

"We didn't feel we were breaking laws. If we had known, we would have done differently," Naumenko told the court.

"I didn't do this to hurt or embarrass. I thought it was noble, in a way."

The court heard Naumenko had several prior convictions and had served 16 days in prison for trafficking cannabis in 2015.

VICE Interviews American-Israeli Settler Jacob Fauci Of "If I Don't Steal It Someone Else Is Going To" Fame

VICE has managed to snag an interview with Jacob Fauci, a Jewish New Yorker from Long Island who went viral for telling a Palestinian woman complaining about him stealing her home that "If I don't steal it someone else is going to steal it."

On Wednesday, VICE released an piece with both Fauci and the woman having her home stolen in Sheikh Jarrah.

Fauci told VICE he was "chosen" by a US-based group, Nahalat Shimon International, to occupy the home and "make sure that this neighborhood is not lost in any future peace deal."

He refused to say whether he paid rent to live in the home. It seemed to be implied that NSI is actually paying him just to occupy their land.

Fauci said that whether he or a "giraffe" or a "monkey" lives in the house Palestinians are "not coming back into this house ever."

Cotton demands NIH 'come clean' about funding for Wuhan virus lab and origins of COVID-19

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) called on the Biden administration to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for covering up the origins of COVID-19 as the hypothesis that the virus originated in a Wuhan virology lab gains mainstream credibility among scientists.

In an interview on "Sunday Morning Futures" on Fox News, Cotton discussed a letter he signed with seven other Republican lawmakers including Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) pressing that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for answers on allegations that the U.S. funded gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology to make pathogens like SARS-CoV-2 deadlier or more easily transmissible.

During a May 11 Senate hearing on the pandemic response, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci denied that NIH has ever funded "gain of function research" at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Fauci said that $600,000 in NIH subgrants that were diverted to the Wuhan Institute of Virology by a nonprofit group called the EcoHealth Alliance were used to study coronaviruses in bats and were not used for gain of function research.

On Sunday, Cotton told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that Dr. Fauci was "playing word games" with the NIH funding.

"Dr. Fauci has been to Congress, and he said this absolutely did not happen. But Dr. Fauci is playing word games," Cotton said. "So, the money that the NIH gave went to an American organization, which turned around and gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to these Wuhan labs to investigate coronaviruses and, yes, to find ways to make them more contagious and more dangerous."

"And we asked [NIH Director] Francis Collins, who's Dr. Fauci's boss, to come clean, to tell us exactly what was happening, why this research was being funded, as you point out, Maria, during a time in which the Obama administration had explicitly banned this kind of gain of function research, research into making some of the world's deadliest pathogens even more dangerous," he added, suggesting that some "public health bureaucrats" may have violated the Obama administration's 2014 moratorium on gain of function research.

Military Tribunal Convicts John Brennan of Murder, Treason 1/2

After a brief yet terse tribunal that lasted only 3 hours and saw a bitter, resentful, and combative John Brennan battling Rear Adm. Darse E. Crandall, who presented the military’s case on behalf of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, a three-officer panel formed of 1 male and 2 females convicted the former CIA director of murder and treason and sentenced him to be hanged.

At 10:30 a.m., military police escorted a handcuffed Brennan into GITMO’s south courtroom and seated him at the counsel table where his legal advocate, David H. Anderson of Howrey LLP, awaited his arrival.

From the moment Brennan entered the courtroom, he scowled menacingly at both Rear Adm. Crandall and the three officers charged with weighing the merits of the case against him. His scrunched face and sour puss regarded them with what can be described only as hateful contempt.

Rear Adm. Crandall wasted few words tying Brennan to multiple murders he had orchestrated while serving as Obama’s CIA director between 2009-2013. The epic arguments began with Crandall producing a 2012 agency document that authorized the assassination of conservative publishing mogul Andrew Breitbart, who on March 1, 2012 inexplicably dropped dead while walking home from a restaurant in Brentwood, California. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office claimed Breitbart died of a heart attack, even though he had been in good health and had no family history of coronary artery disease.

The document shown to the panel had Brennan’s signature at the bottom of the page.

Rear Adm. Crandall read from it aloud: “Andrew Breitbart, publisher of Breitbart.com, has proved to be a domestic terrorist and a threat to national security, per section 215 of the Patriot Act. By order of B.H.O., Breitbart is to be considered a target of opportunity provided discretionary measures are used in carrying out agency transactions.”

“At the request of Barack Hussein Obama, apparently, you ordered Breitbart’s murder,” Rear Adm. Crandall said, addressing Brennan directly.

Brennan sprang to his feet and with apoplectic fury said, “I served my country as ordered. I admit nothing. I deny nothing. The only thing I see here is a bunch of pussies hiding behind Donald Trump. You’re all cowards.”

His legal advocate, David H. Anderson, tried to silence him, but Brennan continued to rampage: “Any action I’ve ever taken was in the interest of national security and protecting this once great nation of ours from subversive threats. You’re all too obtuse to understand that.”

Following a brief recess, Rear Adm. Crandall introduced a witness for the prosecution, a former CIA spook named James Gaeffer who said he had murdered five law-abiding Americans, including Andrew Breitbart, while under Brennan’s control. He told the panel he had used a “heart attack gun” to kill Breitbart and other persons on Obama’s infamous enemies list.

Look Ahead America says Raffensperger falsely said group's executive director believed thousands of dead people's identity used in 2020 elections.

A nonprofit group run by former Trump campaign and administration officials has sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger demanding he retracts "defamatory claims" about the nonprofit's executive director and voter integrity project.

Attorneys for the group, Look Ahead America, said in their letter that Raffensperger made defamatory remarks about Executive Director Matt Braynard and the group’s Voter Integrity Project during a January 2020 call with then-President Donald Trump.

In the phone call, which was leaked to The Washington Post, Raffensperger allegedly told Trump that Braynard believed over 5,000 dead people's identities had been used to vote in the 2020 election in Georgia illegally.

Braynard's attorneys say he never made such claims.

"Your statement is false," the attorneys' letter said. "As Mr. Braynard has never claimed that 5,000 dead people voted in the Georgia election. In fact, in November 2020, Mr. Braynard publicly stated that his analysis did not find a targeted effort to cast the ballots of deceased voters."

Braynard said in a statement that Raffensperger "told a straight-up lie to President Trump and the public regarding the work I and LAA’s Voter Integrity Project submitted to his office."

Military Tribunal Convicts John Brennan of Murder, Treason 2/2

His article highlighted Brennan’s war on journalists who questioned the Obama regime’s drone strikes against American citizens both at home and abroad.

Although the circumstances surrounding his death were initially considered suspicious, WikiLeaks countered the official findings, tweeting on June 19 that “Michael Hastings death has a very serious nonpublic complication,” but after that the incident drifted into the shadows and was seldom spoken of again.

“So, you killed Hastings, at Brennan’s request?” Rear Adm. Crandall asked Gaeffer.

“I did. I knew where he’d be, when he’d be. It was all quite simple,” Gaeffer said. “I killed others at his bidding, and I know other agency personnel who killed good people because Brennan wanted them dead. I regret what I’ve done, for what good it’s worth, but, yes, I too am guilty.”

Brennan again leapt to his feet, shaking his handcuffed hands in the air. “I say again, my actions were taken for the betterment of this country, against people trying to destroy or weaken it. You want to convict me for following lawful orders that helped to protect this nation—then do it. Everything I did, I’d do again. You’re all a group of cowards. I spit on all of you,” Brennan said, and spat on the floor. “The only true leaders of this country in the last thirty years were William Clinton and Barack Obama, everything else is a farse. Want to sentence me to death? Do it. Do it now. I’m not afraid to die. I’m proud to have served this country the way I have,” Brennan said.

Rear Adm. Crandall asked the panel whether they had heard enough, and it said it had. It recommended Brennan receive capitol punishment in the form of being hanged by the neck until death for the myriad atrocities he had committed against America and its people. Rear Adm. Crandall agreed, and he declared that Brennan’s execution be held on Wednesday, June 7, which, incidentally, is one week after John Podesta is scheduled to face a firing squad for his crimes.

NYT’s Haberman Blames Trump Admin for Media Discrediting Theories of COVID-19 Origins — ‘Made This Instantly Political’

Monday on CNN’s “New Day,” New York Times White House reporter Maggie Haberman weighed in on the mounting evidence that suggests COVID-19 originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Dr. Anthony Fauci has even said he is “not convinced” the coronavirus developed naturally after first pushing back against the theory.

So because of that, that made this instantly political,” Haberman replied.

Dr. Anthony Fauci engaged in private phone calls with Chinese researchers regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, despite the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director’s recent attempts to distance himself and his agency from Chinese labs potentially linked to the origins of COVID-19, The National Pulse can reveal.

The relationship Fauci divulges during an event at the Council on Foreign Relations in February 2020 undercuts the top pandemic advisor’s recent claims that his agency has no ties – via funding or personnel – to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“So, there was a phase early on where the people who I knew – people that I’ve dealt with for years – who were very concerned about speaking out publicly, they would speak to me over the phone, but they wouldn’t speak publicly. Now they feel that the government is giving them the free rein to be completely transparent,” Fauci continues.

The private phone calls with researchers knowledgeable of the outbreak – perhaps from the Wuhan Institute of Virology – are at odds with Fauci’s insistence his agency never collaborated on gain of function research relevant to COVID-19. The unearthed comments also follow The National Pulse highlighting the Wuhan Institute of Virology erasing mentions of both gain of function research and the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) from its website.
