Not sure, but I think that may be a crane operating (behind the building facing the cam) at St Thomas's. There was one there in 2014. Bluriness could be attributed to movement whilst the shutter was open.

We may be without any Moon in 24 LONDON. A pity. I had hoped to make some very rough calculations on how long after LISAMI6's Moon this new picture appeared to take place. The vid you just posted shows a much smaller building crane toward the back of St. Thomas and facing in a different direction(for new eyes). I must say that even if there is a streak of clouds, the small crane, which could have been extended, could still be the source of light.

We may yet get a pic that could change our current doubts.

Still open as to the other possible Moon over (what building is that?)

Still think 24LONDON is was taken AFTER LISAMI6 though, due to her appearing dark in spite of the "painting" extra exposure technique.

If there was a Moon over ST THOMAS, I was going to add 40 minites. If there was a Moon over that building with a crane (w/ red light), I was going to add about 80 minutes to when LISAMI6 was captured. The basic principle I was using is that they are roughly 10 degrees apart from each other. Moon takes 4 minutes to travel 1 degree. Therefore, they are 40 minutes apart. In theory. If we only had a Moon.

Large moon over the Hosptial. If it travelled in an arch that would 'place' it in sight line at top of the roof, then, it would dominate over any other lighting, I think.

Comparing AUG 2013 with JAN 2018, the hospital's two tall buildings did reach parity in height by the time the crane was gone. So the crane could have appeared just over the rooftop of the front first building during JUNE 2014.

And, as anon said upbread, longer exposure and other factors such as glare off the rooftop might have made the crane's white light appear larger than actual. Still, depends on that lunar evidence and the path in the night sky.

Only yesterday came news that Syrian rebels plan to give Israel the Golan Heights in exchange for creation of a no-fly zone against the Assad regime. In an even bolder move, it is now revealed, Israel will withdraw its settlers from communities beyond the settlement blocs—and relocate them at least temporarily to Ukraine. Ukraine made this arrangement on the basis of historic ties and in exchange for desperately needed military assistance against Russia. This surprising turn of events had an even more surprising origin: Genetics, a field in which Israeli scholars have long excelled.

A Warlike Turkic People - and a Mystery

It is well known that, sometime in the eighth to ninth centuries, the Khazars, a warlike Turkic people, converted to Judaism and ruled over a vast domain in what became southern Russia and Ukraine. What happened to them after the Russians destroyed that empire around the eleventh century has been a mystery. Many have speculated that the Khazars became the ancestors of Ashkenazi Jews.

In 2012, Israeli researcher Eran Elhaik published a study claiming to prove that Khazar ancestry is the single largest element in the Ashkenazi gene pool.

Israel seems finally to have thrown in the towel. A blue-ribbon team of scholars from leading research institutions and museums has just issued a secret report to the government,acknowledging that European Jews are in fact Khazars.

(Whether this would result in yet another proposal to revise the words to “Hatikvah” remains to be seen.) At first sight, this would seem to be the worst possible news, given the Prime Minister’s relentless insistence on the need for Palestinian recognition of Israel as a “Jewish state” and the stagnation of the peace talks. But others have underestimated him at their peril. An aide quipped, when life hands you an etrog, you build a sukkah.

Speaking off the record, he explained, “We first thought that admitting we are really Khazars was one way to get around Abbas’s insistence that no Jew can remain in a Palestinian state. Maybe we were grasping at straws. But when he refused to accept that, it forced us to think about more creative solutions. The Ukrainian invitation for the Jews to return was a godsend. Relocating all the settlers within Israel in a short time would be difficult for reasons of logistics and economics. Khazaria 2.0?

All Jews who wish to return would be welcomed back without condition as citizens, the more so if they take part in the promised infusion of massive Israeli military assistance, including troops, equipment, and construction of new bases. If the initial transfer works, other West Bank settlers would be encouraged to relocate to Ukraine, as well. After Ukraine, bolstered by this support, reestablishes control over all its territory, the current Autonomous Republic of Crimea would once again become an autonomous Jewish domain. The small-scale successor to the medieval empire of Khazaria (as the peninsula, too, was once known) would be called, in Yiddish, Chazerai.

“As the Prime Minister has said, no one will tell Jews where they may or may not live on the historic territory of their existence as a sovereign people. He is willing to make painful sacrifices for peace, even if that means giving up part of our biblical homeland in Judea and Samaria. But then you have to expect us to exercise our historical rights somewhere else. We decided this will be on the shores of the Black Sea, where we were an autochthonous people for more than 2000 years. Even the great non-Zionist historian Simon Dubnow said we had the right to colonize Crimea. It’s in all the history books. You can look it up.”

“We’d like to think of it as sort of a homeland-away-from-home,” added the anonymous intelligence source. “Or the original one,” he said with a wink.

The East Wing is a thirteen storey tower in the centre of the St Thomas' Hospital site. It is situated on the south side of the river Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament and to the North of Lambeth Palace. The tower was built in 1966 and contained over 200 beds, together with catheter suites, clinical offices, teaching facilities and other ancillary plant and stores, but it suffered from water ingress problems, excessive solar gain and inadequate lift capacity.

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust organised a competition in 2010 to solve these functional requirements and address the building's impact on the wider urban fabric through a high quality architectural solution.

Our competition-winning scheme retained all of the existing façade (made of natural slate, teak and stainless steel) in order to minimise any disruption to the ongoing operation of the hospital. To solve the problems with the existing façade, a layer of glass was added to create a double skin façade with timber louvres in the cavity to control solar gain.

On the rear of the building, the glazing has been taken across the corners of the T-shaped block to create two triangular atria. These atria provide additional space for the bed lifts and help to give the building a new identity.

As a guess I'd say the one closest to TATTERSHALL CASTLE is the Port Tender ALMERE 4. She's currently on the Albert Embankment side. A vessel like that would not want to relocate too far away from her usual work areas. The Tideway project removed that pier. No guess on the other

Very clear view of the state of the shrouded scaffolding on the rooftop behind Big Ben on a solid 'take on' date.

Sunday, 13th APRIL 2014.

The pic was posted on the following Tuesday but based on the notes about events that day, with a stop near a church on Sunday, the date of this pic can be directly deduced.

Significance is that this provides a close-up that shows the shroud has been peeled back and the scaffolding underneath is partially revealed. The shroud is in the correct location but it is in a state that is post-Q pics of the EMBANKMENT. This is a very tight bookend.

We might extrapolate that because the work on the rooftop of the Houses of Parliament were restricted due to noise, if the House was sitting in APRIL, and if it did not sit during non-weekdays, then, this work was prolly undertaken during that weekend.

If my reading of the Hansard record/calendar is correct, then, the Commons sat during the previous week, 7-to-10 APR 2014, and did not return to the House until end of month, 28-to-30 APR 2014. This would provide a period during which the work overhead could be done without interfering with the politicians hard at work below.

Seems to fit with the pictorial evidence that produced the bookend of 'late-MAR/ early-APR 2014'.

See screencap of HANSARD page; marked-up with date of photo and with speculation of when work could have been done on rooftop while House Chamber not in use.

While this is the reasoning, really need direct evidence, which may be available, and, if available, would help secure this bookend, lock and key.

The other end of the shroud interval is approximately SEP/OCT 2013. it is vague because of the differences between posted dates and taken dates of the incidental pics online.

Stock photos have a taken date; so do those organized in FLCKER but not as reliable as uploading mistakes can be easily made.

Here are two caps of a page that shows phases of the moon, very simplified, just for broadstroke illustration. The dates witin the red boundary might be viable re the shroud's interval. It first appeared in its current form in the AUTUMN 2013 and then was dismantled during APRIL 2014.

LUNAR-ANON has a much better handle on this and just laying out a sort of whiteboard for digz.

The HISP ADVERT BOARDS appeared in Q's EMB pics but do nott seem to in their place on 16 MAR 2014; the earliest found pic with these boards, so far, is in a vid posted on 18 APR 2014; it must have been taken earlier, based on the shourd captured int aht vid as compared with the new closeup that confirms the form of the shroud was altered by 13 APR 2014 sufficiently that it was no longer a Q-match.

The first appearance of the ADVERT BOARD marker is now pushed back to early APR and no later that 13 APR 2014.

IF this holds, then, the interval for the EMB pics would be between the no-show of the advert boards on Sunday 16 MAR and the earliest signs of the dismantling of the shroud on Sunday 13 APR 2014. Both the boards and the shroud's form must match Q's pics.

And if the waning moon applies, then, that narrows down the interval to sometime late MAR 2014. See graphics for ruff idea.

VERY IMPORTANT than anons re-look at the ST PAT's Day vid and assess whether or not the BOARDS were on the handrails.

Precisely so. Here are my suspicions as dig is currently postured, and based solely upon the ROT1 pic showing the Moon at an azimuth of 151.5 degrees from the trafcam.

Based on its position it would, during the time period of 17MAR thru 20MAR, be on scene between 11:20pm, 12:08am, 12:47am and 1:35am each night. I am keeping a couple of days after that open as well, until the Last Quarter moon. All times being after business hours for the TATTS and HISP.

Some lunar phases dates such as Crescent Moons can be eliminated with good confidence as they are about 3 hours ahead or behind the Sun (1/4 of the horizon).

Quarter Moons are roughly 6 hours ahead or behind the Sun. A 1st Quarter Moon would be rising around noon. But a Last Quarter moon could be rising 6 hours before sunrise. A position at 151.5

Gibbous Moons are roughly 9 hours ahead or behind the Sun.

Full moons are opposite the Sun's position at sunrise and sunset.

Any good April dates are excluded by the shroud bookend.

The shroud marker I think we should arrow to earlier than 13APR, but even still removes all April as far as a lunar match for

ROT1 and EMB pics.

I can explain why April and even the week preceding the week of the 16th of MAR.

Am reposting a lunar graphic which is key in a discussion about why some dates can be eliminated from consideration.

While the Moon's blurriness in ROT1 prevents a visual confirmation that a clear picture would provide, lets try observing how that blurry Moon is behaving.

It is quite the challenge to read that vid. Thanks for taking another looksee.

Been going back and forth with that vid ever since it was dug here. There are 3 positions on the handrails that can be seen very clearly in an image from the bridge found in GOOMAP. You have isolated that area in the ST PAT's vid.

Behind each position there are 'steps' or a type of concrete platform that buttresses the entrance area and the 'block' behind the entrance. These appear to be what you have identified as signs. But IDK the images are very hard to read, for me.

Here are some reference images with which to compare and to 'redraw' the three signs.

Also a slightly enhanced version of ROT1. You are quite right to detect colour, see the limits in that route, and then look at patterns. I concur that those pixels could be at least two of the advert boards.

In addition to colour and pattern, re-look at positioning. Perhaps I'm mistaken about how the vid remaps to the ref images.

From the backside, vantage point on bridge, can see how there is a step-like structure between handrail area and the riverside. From the other side, streetside, this can be seen through the handrails in SV MAY 2012, which is before these boards first appeared in SV images.

Next is from SV MAY 2014. On this one the handrail positions are drawn with upticks so as to leave clear the actual uprights that hold up the rail. The A, B, C arrows point at common areas across these pics.

Then SV MAY 2012 which shows no advert boards and so we can see what is on the riverside - the step-like structures - in relative position of the boards that would later appear.

And then the cap from ST PAT's vid 16 MAR 2014 with additional marks.

Arrows A and B point at the steps behind the handrail position. This may be what can be seen through the rails in the vidcap. If so, then, there are no boards blocking the way. In the two SV images, look for the lightly shade blue area that indicates where in those images the step-like structure can be detected. This runs across the backside of the positions that the boards would occupy. It may be where you have pointed arrows to indicate position of the boards. Hard to see one way or the other, I think. But for now count those two areas as occupied by boards.

Arrow C is lower down where there is an ornate wall that is built into the riverside wall. The SV JUL 2014 image from the bridge shows this nicely from the back side. The prev post including a cap from the same SV sequence. Now map the hand rail poles, or segments, from the SV bridge views, marked yellow, to the board positions on the streetside SV images; and then to the vid cap. Now look at the ornate structure pointed at by arrow C.

Seems that the purple advert board blocks the view from the streetside in SV MAY 2014 but is open and can be seen through the handrails in SV MAY 2012. Looks like that part of the ornate structure, where it terminates at the step-like structure, can be seen in the vidcap. If so, that would mean that particular board is missing on 16 MAR 2014.

That purple board occupied position 5 as per the yellow marked up SV image from the back side of the handrail area. Map that to the other images.

Please scrutinize as this is a key bit of evidence. If none of the boards are in place, the vidcap can not be a Q match. If only one of the three board positions is not occupied, then, it is a close match but still pre-dates the Q pics.

That is the reasoning. But do the images provide the facts upon which that thinking can be based?

If the image facts show a partial board setup, then, we can compare that with the partial shroud dismantling image facts. Things were not static. Hence close matches might be considered either as pre-dating or post-dating the Q pics. For the shroud we now have both pre and post images showing the shroud in different forms, plus the form that is a Q match. That is a noice complete set, before, during, after. With the handrails we have empty positions in SV MAY 2012 and filled positions in SV MAY 2014 and later; plus we may have partially occupied handrails in the vidcap of 16 MAR 2014.

While that would not represent a during, it would represent either a before or an after Q match.

Please checkout these images and be skeptical with the reasoning I've outlined. Test it for holes. This is a key bookend and it ought to be nailed as well as possible.

Here is a vidcap from APR 2013, close seasonally to currently estimated EMB interval, with view from bridge of the back side of the handrails. As you can see, at least one board was up at that time. It was wider and taller than each of the advert boards of 2014 that together occupied the same position as this one in 2013.

Depending on how you take into account differences in lighting and such, it is a pretty close match to the ST PAT's vid in terms of seeing through the handrails at certain places and being blocked by a board in other places.

Not sure how seriously the owners of the TATTS took their maritime responsibilities regarding flying of the flag but found that in a couple of photos a flag is flying from the forward flagstaff. The flags are not seen in the Q pics. Am not expert on this but don't they usually haul down the flag at dusk?

This may not mean anything but it appears in some pics and not in others. Could be a way of telling pics apart.

Hospital patients were unlawfully discharged into care homes in Scotland, which experienced a disproportionate loss of life during the coronavirus pandemic.

The revelations come following an investigation by the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland, a statutory body which “monitor[s] the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 and the welfare parts of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000”, among other duties.

For its report, titled Authority to Discharge, the Commission took a 457-patients sample of the thousands of people who were discharged from hospitals into care homes in the early stages of the pandemic, often without being tested, and found that a score of them were unlawful, spanning 11 separate Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) areas across Scotland.

“Lack of understanding of the law, lack of understanding of good practice, confusion over the nature of placements, misunderstanding over power of attorney. These findings are very disappointing and may mean that many more moves were made without valid legal authority,” lamented Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland chief executive Julie Paterson in comments reported by the Telegraph.

Upbread we have a pic taken 13 APR 2014 which shows both shrouds. The one behind Big Ben is partially dismantled, on its way out of the picture; and the southeast corner is well-shrouded.

This is at odds with the date on the pic at dreamstime just posted, 'Taken March 2014', which shows the southeast shroud less built in the stages below the top seen on 13 APR 2014.

How to reconcile? it could have been partially dismantled in APR 2014.

North Yorkshire Police released a statement on Tuesday confirming that Jessica Brennan from Harrowgate, Yorkshire, who was “Allan Brennan at the time of offending” but now identifies as a woman, had preyed on school-aged girls between 1998 and 2016.

This week, York Crown Court had handed Brennan a notional 22-year sentence after being convicted of five counts of indecent assault, sexual activity with a child, another five counts of sexual activity with a child, attempted rape of a child under 13, assault of a girl under 13 by penetration, another assault by penetration, and two counts of sexual assault.

Brennan, a father of two, should serve at least half of that sentence before being released on licence. The 54-year-old predator will be placed on the sex offenders register for life.

Detective Constable Rebecca Prentice of North Yorkshire Police’s Harrogate & Craven CID branded Brennan a “vile and dangerous paedophile”.

Local newspaper the Harrogate Advertiser detailed how York Crown Court had heard that one of the children Brennan had sexually assaulted was just four years old, while another was subjected to abuse for a decade. In total, the prosecution said there had been 86 instances of abuse.

Many of the victims had complained that in the subsequent years, they had suffered from depression, anxiety, symptoms associated with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trust issues, and difficulties forming romantic relationships as adults.

Violent rapists convicted for multiple incidents of child abuse

Three men, Zahid Hassan, Saqib Raheel and Sholan James have all been convicted for vile acts of rape. The victims were two teenage girls, aged 15 and 18 at the time.

Hassan, 32, also known as Manny, was convicted of four counts of rape and one count of attempted rape, he abused both girls. Raheel, 34, was convicted of the rape of an underage girl in the case of the younger victim and attempted rape of the other. The second victim fell prey to James, 30. He was convicted of assault of an underage girl by penetration.

The convictions are just the latest in an ongoing series of trials stemming from Operation Tendersea. The crimes were first committed in 2006.

The first poor victim fell prey to Zahid Hassan and a friend of his identified to the court as “Fred”. He raped her too.

The girl was invited to a flat by the two monsters who plied the then 18-year-old with huge amounts of vodka. Hassan then disappeared, leaving her alone with Fred, who she described as charming and good looking, the absolute opposite of Hassan. Fred continued to get her drunk on vodka.

Prosecutor Kate Batty told jurors that Manny/Hassan then re-appeared and “together Fred and Manny carried her to a bed. They undressed her. She was so drunk she had no control over her body. She couldn’t say anything, she couldn’t do anything.

“She felt like a rag doll as Fred and Manny moved her around the bed into different positions. Even when she cried out in pain, they laughed. Once they had finished with her, they left her lying on the bed. They left the flat, still laughing about what they had done.”

The prosecutor informed the court that Manny’s physical treatment of the victim was “harsh”, leaving her physically injured.

The second victim, 15 years of age at the time, was spotted by Saqib Raheel at a bus station in Huddersfield one night. She was invited to the flat of the third man convicted, Sholan James. According to the prosecution, she was drugged and passed out before waking up naked in front of Raheel, James and a third man.

The girl left. she was persuaded to return and then raped after falling unconscious a second time. “She told him to stop it and get off but he carried on,” Mrs Batty told the court.

“After that event, she saw the men again and they made her believe she’d enjoyed it. That was confusing for her. She was also told that if she didn’t do what she was told, there would be consequences.”

Now under their control, the girl’s phone number was passed around different men who all abused her, Fred and Manny were among them. On one occasion, Hassan violated the child while Fred watched. Manny “got into bed with her at some point and tried to have sex with her but she managed to push him off. He wasn’t happy with that and threatened to break her nose the next day,” said Mrs Batty, who described the victims as being treated as “objects” by their abusers.

“They were different ages, their family lives were very different and their experience of life very different,” she added. “Those factors made no difference to the way they were treated and it goes to show that anyone can be a victim of sexual abuse. There is no typical victim.”

The three men will be sentenced in August. Hassan is already serving 18 years for numerous child-rape and abduction convictions.

Guessing that bit of difference means that the EMB pics were taken before 30 MAR 2014. And that is in accord with previous dig on the first aid sign, also in this 30 MAR pic; and with the missing trafcam, also in this pic, and the Marquee on the Playhouse … and the three advert boards on the handrails at HISP.

Now think back on those yellow suspended parking signs, temporarily attached to various posts, that were noticed in previous scrutiny of the EMB pics.

I do think that at least one of the foldable bollards can be seen through the tree branches.

Yes, we have already dated the CH pics as pre 2 MAR 2014. But that roadwerk now means that the EMB pics were taken pre 30 MAR 2014; well this is confirmation of prev figurings.

The earliest find of the north shroud was back in SEP/OCT after its form had changed from a taller version to the Q matched version. Might learn something about the stage of the southeast corner,, through such a comparison.

See vidcap. The vid was posted 5 FEB 2014. It shows both positions occupied, with the southeast corner mostly unshrouded, and the north position very close to a Q match. Could even be a full on match. Will need a better comparison night for night or day for day.

Haven't the time just now, but a gud start would be comparing the daytime pic of 13 APR 2014 with this one as so much of the scaffold structure is exposed in both, without ocmpletely shrouded in either.

Based on these pics, thinking the interval for LisaMI6, if not all of EMB, now pushed back to month of FEB 2014, if not earlier.

We may be looking at the Winter Wonderland Timeframe, afterall. Possible that the HISP advert boards will marke a further segementaiton of the EMB pics such that Lisa may pre-date ROT1. Looking for both shroud positions PLUS the position of the boards in same image or taken same day, perhaps by same source, as way to corroborate. How close can we narrow this down?

The new 30 MAR 2014 pic shows the southeast shroud as more developed than that seen in LisaMI6. This is also true of the snippet captured in the ST PAT's Day vid of 16 MAR 2014.

This would indicate that LisaMI6 was taken before 16 MAR 2014.

The 30 MAR 2014 pic of the shroud is part of a set of images posted by the same originator; at least one of that set of photos shows the First Aid sign which appeared in a stock photo of 2 MAR 2014.

That would move the bookend for LisaMI6 to before 2 MAR 2014.

Also in that set of 30 MAR 2014 pics is an image that shows the advert boards on the handrails at HISP. It is the same image that shows the First Aid sign. That would mean the ROT series of trafcam images dropped by Q, and which show the advert boards, were taken before 2 MAR 2014.

The EMB pics, including LisaMI6, shows two shroud positions. The north position has been covered extensively in our digs; it retain the form seen in LisaMI6 until 13 APR 2014 at which time it was already partially dismantled. The southeast position, discussed upbread, in the EMB pics is fairly matched by a pic posted on 5 FEB 2014.

Note that this was posted on, BUT WAS CAPTURED BEFORE, 5 FEB 2014.

The southeast position changed considerably by the time the pics mentioned above were taken on 30 MAR and on 16 MAR 2014.

This would place the new bookends for the EMB pics approximately at 5 FEB 2014 and 16 MAR 2014. And the best lunar dates run 15 to 22 FEB 2014.

And we have new evidence of roadwerks right in front of the TATT entrance which means it was well within the camera frames of the EMB pics. But not seen in those pics.

The 30 MAR 2014 pic showing roadwerks underway is followed by signs of that work completed by MAY 2014. There is a scar on the pavement in that location as per SV MAY 2014; was not there in SV MAY 2012.

In LisaMi6, the paved area scarred by previous roadwerks is visible but the scar is not; it might be there but it can not be clearly seen. In the other EMB pics, the area at that kerbside in that position is covered by vehicles.

This 30 MAR 2014 pic also shows the First Aid sign that was captured in a stock photo of 2 MAR 2014; and the three advert boards at HISP which are not all in place on the handrails in a vid of 16 MAR 2014; and the empty perch from where the frafcam took the ROT series of EMB pics.

This suggests that the advert boards were first put in their spot between 16 MAR and 30 MAR 2014. And that would date the EMB pics.

The roadwerks did not appear in the EMB pics and so that suggests those pics were captured a day or more before 30 MAR 2014, which was a Saturday.

That all needs to be reconciled with the lack of close shroud matches on 30 MAR 2014 and better matches before 5 FEB 2014.

The stickler is the 16 MAR 2014 video that shows a difficult to read view of the HISP handrails. IF the three boards were not in place on that date, then, we have contradictions, apparently. IF the boards were hanging on the handrails but are just hard to perceive, then, we'd need corroboration for the proposition that those boards may have been in place before 16 MAR 2014.
