I'd like to propose a toast… to jannies! Seriously, we all shit on them far too much. They do a great job of making sure our boards are good. Jannie appreciation day?
I remember getting a little mad when i first encountered a jannie but all in all theyre good because the make it to where people dont flood our boards with nonsense. anyways thank you jannies.
I think to be a jannie is like a good thing because you have to basically understand the culture of the board even when the culture of the board moves way too fast for even non-normies to comprehend. Like sometimes i think i could be a jannie but like not really because i dont know if i have enough time to moderate a board as active as the q research board. I wanna see a lot less people being trolls about jannies because it they are just trying theyre best to make this board a good place for the people who use this board in the first place okay

Jannies here are pretty chill. Apart from when one occasionally goes rogue and deletes an entire board, all I've ever really seen them do is delete CP. Which I'm sure we're all thankful for.
