Ambrosia Is Back to Selling Transfusions of Young People’s Blood

Following a brief shuttering — and then a rebranding effort during which it was known as Ivy Plasma — the “young blood” clinic has gone back to its roots: selling plasma sourced from the blood of 16- to 25- year-olds to healthy patients who believe the transfusions can give them ill-defined health benefits.

“People really like the Ambrosia name and brand, so Ambrosia is going to continue,” Ambrosia founder and young blood advocate Jesse Karmazin told OneZero. “The resounding response from people wanting to sign up was, ‘keep things the same.’ So that’s what we’re going to do.”

With the return to its original branding, Ambrosia is also embracing a new business model.

When it was Ivy Plasma, the clinic offered transfusions in San Francisco and Tampa. It since shuttered the clinic in Tampa, but Karmazin told Futurism that Ambrosia will ship plasma directly to any customer’s doctor so they can get their dose of young blood without having to fly to California.

“We use overnight shipping to deliver the plasma to patients’ doctors‘ offices, and provide training for the doctors to infuse it,” Karmazin told Futurism last month. “This way, the number of patients we are able to serve has increased dramatically. I don’t operate a blood bank.”

Ambrosia’s checkered, on-again-off-again status was spurred by an FDA statement issued in February in which the regulatory agency warned that transfusions of young blood didn’t have any of the health benefits — especially enhanced youthfulness, improved longevity, or reversed memory loss — that advocates claimed it did.

In slightly more words, the FDA essentially called young blood transfusions dangerous scams.

Because of the FDA warning, Karmazin’s clinic offered off-label treatments when it resurfaced as Ivy Plasma. That meant that customers could get their treatments if they desired, but they did so at their own risk and then-Ivy Plasma wasn’t legally permitted to claim it would do them any good.

That practice continues today in the newly rebranded Ambrosia, according to OneZero. But the clinic’s updated website includes more details about the treatment.

“Our treatment has been found to produce statistically significant improvements in biomarkers related to Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, inflammation, and stem cells in our clinical trial,” the website reads. “Patients have reported subjective improvements in athletics, memory, skin quality, sleep, and other areas.”

When asked whether the FDA’s rules had grown more lenient, Karmazin told Futurism he had consulted with the agency as well as “a number of lawyers” and wasn’t worried about the claims made on his website.

“I’m comfortable with going ahead and offering this treatment commercially to patients,” he told OneZero.

Black Lives Matter Activist Charged With Anti-Asian Hate Crime

A Black Lives Matter activist was arrested in Seattle for allegedly committing two separate hate crimes against Asian people, once again contradicting the media narrative that Donald Trump’s rhetoric on coronavirus was primarily to blame for the hate crime wave.

Pamela Cole, who is Asian, told KIRO 7 News about her experience on March 16 during which she and her young children were subjected to a frightening and abusive attack by a man who later turned out to be 51-year-old BLM protester Christopher Hamner.

Hamner had posted multiple photos of himself attending BLM protests and was also involved in the Seattle CHOP encampment that was populated by Antifa and BLM demonstrators.

“The moment he made eye contact with me he stopped, opens his door and he’s screaming, ‘F— you, you Asian b—-. F— you!’ and I was in complete shock. Are you talking to me?” Cole said.

Cole said she felt like her family were “sitting ducks” as Hamner then proceeded to get out of his vehicle while demanding they get out too.

“I just felt so defenseless and so helpless. And you know as a mom, all we want to do is take care of our kids and protect them,” Cole said.

Cole said that even after the light changed and she was able to drive away, Hamner continued to throw objects at her car and track where she was heading. She was eventually able to pull over and call the police.

“Hamner is accused of committing a similar hate crime two days later, when he cut off two Asian women in a vehicle. The vehicle had a dashboard camera, which enabled authorities to identify Hamner,” reports the Hill, adding that Hamner again charged at the vehicle and threw objects.

After being charged, Hamner pleaded not guilty to hate crimes and his bail has been set at $10,000 dollars.

The two incidents once again expose how the media’s attempt to pin a wave of anti-Asian hate crimes on “white supremacy” by saying they were incited by Donald Trump’s anti-Chinese COVID 19 rhetoric has completely failed.

It makes you wonder if the feds would have approved any vaccines at all if Biden had been in charge when the crisis began. Remember, the left squawked when President Donald Trump created Operation Warp Speed to cut bureaucratic red tape and speed up the process, with the FDA looking at data simultaneously — and under heavy pressure from the top not to throw up needless obstacles.

Democrats Propose Taxing Treasures Laid Up In Heaven

WASHINGTON, D.C.—To fund the Biden Administration's infrastructure spending bill, Democrats are proposing a new tax on the treasures Americans have laid up in heaven.

"It has come to our attention that some Americans have chosen to lay up their treasure in heaven instead of here on earth," said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. "Americans who use heaven as a tax shelter are unpatriotic and aren't paying their fair share. We must address this problem."

CNN Loses Over Half of Audience Since Inauguration, Only half?

The formally Trump-obsessed network is suffering a ratings decline in the post-Trump era.

While the network used to cover Trump as obsessively as a missing Malaysian airline, their transition to state propaganda for the Biden administration hasn’t been as lucrative as playing the role of the “resistance.”

As Fox News reports:

CNN has been hemorrhaging viewers since Biden took office, with ratings down more than 50 percent in multiple categories since Inauguration Day.

The liberal network spent years attacking former President Donald Trump and the network thrived during his final days in office amid a brief post-election spike. CNN averaged 2.2 million viewers during the first three weeks of 2021, but it has averaged just one million viewers since Biden took office, a staggering decline of 54 percent.

CNN’s struggles are even more prominent among the key advertising demographic of adults age 25-54, with a drop of 60 percent. It averaged 617,000 demo viewers from Dec. 28 through Inauguration Day but only 244,000 since Biden entered the White House.

While every political news network can expect to see a decline in viewership after something as significant as an election and the leadup to it, CNN is suffering more than most.

MSNBC has lost 34% of their total-day viewers, and 30% of their primetime viewers under Biden. Meanwhile, Fox has retained most of their audience, suffering only single-digit declines.

CNN has also benefited from coronavirus fearmongering in addition to covering every time Trump breathed.

In a recent Project Veritas video, a CNN director admits that part of the network’s ratings were “gangbusters” with coronavirus, “which is why we constantly have the death toll on side side.” He said that CNN wanted to report higher death tolls: “it’s fear. Like, fear really drives numbers,” referring to TV ratings. “Fear is the thing that keeps you tuned in.”

Social Media Censors New York Post Once Again

The Post must be doing something right.

The New York Post may officially be the least favorite publication of our social media overlords – which is a sign they’re doing something right.

The New York Post editorial board released an article today titled “Social Media Again Silences The Post for Reporting the News.” In it they document the latest example of social media censorship they face:

On Thursday, Facebook decided its users should not be able to share a New York Post article about the property buying habits of one of the founders of Black Lives Matter.

This is the third time we’ve tangled with social media giants in the past year. In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, we published a column that suggested the virus could have leaked from a Chinese virology lab. Facebook’s “fact checkers” decided this was an opinion you weren’t allowed to have, and blocked the article. Today, it’s a commonly discussed theory, with officials from former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield to CNN’s Sanjay Gupta saying it can’t be discounted. Even the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) has said it can’t be ruled out.

In October, we published a series of articles about a laptop Hunter Biden left at a Delaware repair shop. Twitter suspended our account. You probably know how that ended. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey admitted to lawmakers months later it was a “total mistake.”

We were right both times. We’re right this time, too.

While true reporting from the Post gets censored, leftist propaganda gets disseminated (and often promoted) routinely on social media.

The most recent notable bogus story that was hyped by the entirety of the media only to be exposed was the dubious claim from “intelligence officials” that Russia had been paying the Taliban bounties to kill U.S. troops. The timing of that story came as Donald Trump wanted to remove troops from Afghanistan – and was “confirmed” by multiple publications. Once Biden pledged to follow through with that withdrawal, the story gets debunked days later by U.S. intel.

The timing is interesting for sure – and one is left to wonder how it is that stories keep getting “independently verified” by various outlets and then turn out to be bunk.

Sheryl Attkisson has a running list of bogus media stories in the Trump-era that were damaging to Trump and conservatives, with 153 notable examples documented.

Social media played a commanding role in censoring a grand total of zero of those stories.

One Parent of New York City Indoctrination School Has Had Enough

Brearley is a private all-girls school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City.

Tuition costs $54,000 a year and prospective families apparently have to take an “anti-racism pledge” to be considered for admission.

However, one family has had enough of the indoctrination machine and penned an eloquent letter explaining their reason for removing their daughter.

April 13, 2021

Dear Fellow Brearley Parents,

Our family recently made the decision not to reenroll our daughter at Brearley for the 2021-22 school year. She has been at Brearley for seven years, beginning in kindergarten. In short, we no longer believe that Brearley’s administration and Board of Trustees have any of our children’s best interests at heart. Moreover, we no longer have confidence that our daughter will receive the quality of education necessary to further her development into a critically thinking, responsible, enlightened, and civic minded adult. I write to you, as a fellow parent, to share our reasons for leaving the Brearley community but also to urge you to act before the damage to the school, to its community, and to your own child’s education is irreparable.

It cannot be stated strongly enough that Brearley’s obsession with race must stop. It should be abundantly clear to any thinking parent that Brearley has completely lost its way. The administration and the Board of Trustees have displayed a cowardly and appalling lack of leadership by appeasing an anti-intellectual, illiberal mob, and then allowing the school to be captured by that same mob. What follows are my own personal views on Brearley’s antiracism initiatives, but these are just a handful of the criticisms that I know other parents have expressed.

I object to the view that I should be judged by the color of my skin. I cannot tolerate a school that not only judges my daughter by the color of her skin, but encourages and instructs her to prejudge others by theirs. By viewing every element of education, every aspect of history, and every facet of society through the lens of skin color and race, we are desecrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and utterly violating the movement for which such civil rights leaders believed, fought, and died.

I object to the charge of systemic racism in this country, and at our school. Systemic racism, properly understood, is segregated schools and separate lunch counters. It is the interning of Japanese and the exterminating of Jews. Systemic racism is unequivocally not a small number of isolated incidences over a period of decades. Ask any girl, of any race, if they have ever experienced insults from friends, have ever felt slighted by teachers or have ever suffered the occasional injustice from a school at which they have spent up to 13 years of their life, and you are bound to hear grievances, some petty, some not. We have not had systemic racism against Blacks in this country since the civil rights reforms of the 1960s, a period of more than 50 years. To state otherwise is a flat-out misrepresentation of our country’s history and adds no understanding to any of today’s societal issues. If anything, longstanding and widespread policies such as affirmative action, point in precisely the opposite direction.

I object to the idea that Blacks are unable to succeed in this country without aid from government or from whites. Brearley, by adopting critical race theory, is advocating the abhorrent viewpoint that Blacks should forever be regarded as helpless victims, and are incapable of success regardless of their skills, talents, or hard work. What Brearley is teaching our children is precisely the true and correct definition of racism.

I object to mandatory anti-racism training for parents, especially when presented by the rent-seeking charlatans of Pollyanna. These sessions, in both their content and delivery, are so sophomoric and simplistic, so unsophisticated and inane, that I would be embarrassed if they were taught to Brearley kindergarteners. They are an insult to parents and unbecoming of any educational institution, let alone one of Brearley’s caliber.
