I think MSFT is censoring O365 e-mail based upon political content. Pls try this test if you have an O365 account (receiving) and a second account somewhere else (sending) that does not have any special JUNK permissions within the O365 account).

Email 1: Simple, nothing at all political. For me this went to inbox.

Email 2: Use the content below, which is a list of election evidence I created to share with curious friends. I gave this e-mail the subject of 'election evidence'. For me this went to junk.

The filter employed by O365 will search emails for URLs. If any URLs are found, they are checked against a database of spammers - a blacklist. If any of the URLs on your list are hosted with a company that is on the blacklist, your message will be marked as SPAM.

To get around this, break the URL by adding a space before the ".com" in the address.
