Q4577, and other lists pertaining to be lists of people guilty of atrocities, have innocent people on them.
If you mind-split someone, and then "handle" that person into a non-conscious state, and then oblige that person to commit atrocities, then that person is not guilty.
"To set things right" these lists must be revised therefore.
